Finding out the truth

Robby and Tory looked at each other they were in complete shock they couldn't believe what they had just been offered. Silver could see they were overwhelmed by the offer so he told them that he didn't need an answer now but he let them know that if they accepted then not only would they get the honour of teaching the next generation of cobra Kai but they would have guaranteed money so they can provide for their families.

After leaving the dojo Robby went with Tory to pick up Brandon up from school , they decided to take him to the skatepark as he had been asking robby to teach him how to skate for months. Tory watched from the side as Robby showed Brandon what to do she was really happy that they were so close, robby was the first male role model in Brandon's life, robby being in their lives gave him a sense of normality and Tory knew that in a few months Brandon's life would be turned upside down she knew that she had to make sure he was looked after and in order to do that she might need to accept Silver's offer.

Once they got back from the skate park Tory made dinner for Brandon and her mom , she asked Robby to stay but he had decided to go and see his dad but he promised to come back later. When Robby arrived at his dad's apartment Johnny didn't seem as happy to see him as he usually is. Robby told Johnny that he had something he had to tell him. Robby told Johnny all about Silver offering him and Tory a job as sensei's of cobra Kai, Johnny really didn't know what to think about the news he knew it could be a good opportunity for Robby but he didn't trust Silver and knew he probably had an ulterior motive , but before Johnny could voice his concerns Miguel walked in , robby and Miguel stared at each other it was really awkward atmosphere Johnny tried to explain to Miguel why Robby was there but Miguel didn't let him talk as he told Johnny dinner was ready and to come over when he was ready. After Miguel had left the atmosphere was still awkward and Robby didn't really feel like staying for much longer so he decided to go home before heading back to Tory's.

When Robby got to Tory's apartment she immediately realised something was up and even though Robby tried to pretend he was ok tory knew better and told him to sit down and tell her what happened. Robby eventually gave in and he began to tell her about his talk with his dad he told her how everything was going good until Miguel came in and then everything became awkward and the worst part was the look on Johnny's face he seemed so guilty when all he was doing was talking to his actual son. Tory was really annoyed because she feared that Johnny would pick Miguel over Robby again and it angered her to see someone she cared about so much be hurt by the same man over and over again, to make him feel better tory gave him a hug and told him that everything would be ok. Once Tory saw Robby was cheered up she told him that they need to discuss the offer from sensei Silver , Tory told him that she's been thinking about it all day and she's decided that she needs to take it for her family and even though she doesn't trust Silver it won't stop her from taking the job, robby wasn't surprised that Tory was going to accept he knew how important her family were to her and he understood her decision, robby also know that the offer was very generous and if he accepted it he could help him mom pay the bills and now that he knew Tory was going to take it he now had another reason to also take it. So it was official Robby and Tory has decided to accept the offer to become sensei's at cobra Kai.

The next day before training Robby and Tory arrived early to inform sensei Silver of their decision. Silver was obviously over the moon and he told them that over the next few months they would work closely with the other sensei's until they are old enough to officially take over. Once everyone had arrived for training Sensei Silver announced the news to the other students the news was met with applause and congratulations from most of their teammates.

After training Kyler told everyone they should go to the beach tonight and celebrate but only half of the students seemed interested in going this showed the growing divide amongst the students in the dojo , even though Robby and Tory weren't that interested in going they still agreed to go. Once they had left the dojo Tory had realised she forgot her jumper so she went back inside to get it when she was inside Tory overhead sensei's Silver and Barnes in the office talking she heard Barnes ask if he was sure making her and Robby sensei's was a good idea , tory heard next made her feel sick , she heard Silver say that he did what he did to make sure he can keep them close and keep Tory's mind off of Kreese , Mike asked how he was so sure Tory would just forget about Kreese and silver told him that once he started paying for her family all of her loyalty would switch to him , Mike still wasn't convinced it would work and asked how he was so sure that Kreese wouldn't come back but Silver quickly reassured him that Kreese was locked up and wouldn't be back for a very long time. After hearing that Kreese was locked up Tory knew something wasn't wright right she was also furious to hear how Silver thought he could just buy her loyalty. Tory quietly exited the dojo so that no one would hear her, robby was waiting for her Tory was still in complete shock but she was still able to tell him everything that she had just heard and of course Robby was just as surprised as her , Tory told Robby that she needed to find Kreese and she needed to know the truth about Silver.
