She looked younger than him, roughly by two or three years maybe. The throne she sat on was definitely too big for her. Her green eyes curiously stared down at him. She leaned to her left, resting her cheek on the palm of her head, as she'd just woken from peaceful slumber.
"It is most rude to interrupt a moment of repose. Very Rude indeed." She stared down at Zeke, narrowing her eyes while knitting her eyebrows, the shine in her eyes wasn't missed by him as she told him to come closer, moving her fingers back and forward in a beckoning sign, "Now come to me. I wish to have a look at you."
Zeke nodded and did as told, it felt like he'd gone out of the shadows. A small and dim pillar of light appeared from above, simply lighting the area around him, showing what seemed like ancient stone flooring and hand-crafted stairs with many different engravings of flowery patterns. He looked up at the girl who hummed while nodding.
"Hmmm... I have not seen the likes of you before. Who are you anyway?" The girl asked, leaning further on the throne's armrest, looking at Zeke with curiosity and an air of superiority.
"..." Zeke smiled and stared up at her with his eyes, taking off his glasses and putting them onside his pocket he felt a strange lightness. He couldn't see ether anymore, it was like his eyes didn't work wherever he was -- though he did see clearly as if the room was lit by the brightest of lights. He wasn't just in ancient ruins, he was in an ancient throne room, with statues of knights on each side. All of them held different weapons, from spears to bows. The knights had intricate helmets which had wings sprouting from the sides of their heads, and some of them even had wings on their backs.
"Well? I await your answer" Zeke turned back to the girl and stared at her eyes.
With a nod, he answered her question, "I am a mortal," it was such a weird answer to her question -- but the girl seemed to understand. With a nod, she leaned slightly closer to Zeke.
"I see. Then you must have a name of sorts. Go on."
Zeke didn't take long to answer, "Zeke -- Zeke Geraki, that's my name."
"Huh. I shall not ever grow accustomed to the sound of human names." She took her head, off her hand and sat straight on the throne, putting both her hands on either side of her waist while smiling, "You must possess a day of birth as well. Beneath which moon and on what day were you born to this world?"
"Hm..." Zeke had played the game before, he remembered the different months, their names, and their numbers as well, he just wondered if he truly had the same birthday as Sothis, or if it would be different since he was not Byleth.
"No need to hesitate, it is just us in this place." Her voice rose slightly, echoing around the room. Zeke nodded, it wasn't that he didn't trust Sothis -- but rather that he was worried that his connection with her would be null and void since one of the many connections made between her and Byleth was that they were born on the same date.
"I was born the first of July -- though I guess that'd be the first of the Blue Sea Moon to you." The names of the months in Three houses were different, they most likely had their own lore behind them, but Zeke never delved too deep into Fire Emblem lore, he did enjoy the basic story told, and the game, but he didn't delve deep in every game. He looked at the girl, who flinched -- surprised and in awe.
"Well, wonders never cease! It seems we share our day of birth. How strange!" She seemed tired, leaning back into her hand on the arm-rest of the throne, then closing her eyes and yawning, "Hmmm," she hummed tiredly as her eyes slowly closed, "It all feels so ... familiar." she stopped, closing her eyes completely, "I think it may be time for yet another nap..." her head leaned slightly forward, and her words became more like mumbles, '"It is almost... time to... begin..."

FanfictionSlow updates, definately. Otaku and Genius Zeke Geraki gets the unfortunate fate of being cooked to death by radiation... Yikes. At his death he gets three wishes, which he spends very well. Enjoy the fanfic. I do not own any of the anime/books/man...
