There's a saying: "if villain/evil, why hot?"
That basically sums it up with this lady, *sighs*. A little bit of spoilers, she's not a good person. But I must say I like this design for her a lot more than her other one, because let's be real, she looked like a Oreo mint cookie. And while I was trying to go for a more traditional Japanese look (I was supposed to give her an actual kimono but that failed), I decided I wanted her to look more "yakuza", so there you go.
Overall, I'm satisfied. Also, lol, this has been pointed out-but she does have Maleficent vibes.
