Aurora looked gorgeous when we attended this ball i had to admit I felt out of place but Auroras love her care eased my discomfort all of her other mates .parents loved her and she accepted all of them.
I waited for my father to turn up and just as I waited Aurora and all the other girls with the same jewels on that Aurora received a ll got a note with a riddle Aurora 4ead it over and over along with us everyone tried thinking of answers but then I felt happiness and pride from my connection to Aurora when I looked at my bond brothers we were all curious to know what Aurora had figured out.
Her father Thiago cast a silencing bubble and force field then Aurora told us
"The answer to the riddle is ashwood its in.the riddle listen to the last four lines when a fire happens what puts it out and if a fire is too much it turns to what its found in the wild used for things you use everyday its also used in folklore"
When we read the riddle again we all felt foolish because the answer was in the riddle when a fire burns it turned to. Ash in some countries ash is used to put out fire people often burn things in woods and you find it in the wild the wood is often used for tables and other things and in some folklore ashwood was considered sacred and holy it was used to banish demons.
the real question was where we could find Ashwood in frozen territory that has been blessed it at that time my father appeared and greeted everyone Aurora got up to greet him my parents loved her then the parents began talking before one asked about the staff my father held my father told them it was made by a real phoenix centuries ago he told us the story if how a young cheif climbed treacherous mountains for three days .
When he found a young bird bigger then any bird he ever saw they say the cheif was so.pure of heart that he saved the bird after saving the bird the nans journey got easier and when he got to the top he was granted the staff as a gift the bird who he saved was a phoenix who had falled for the young cheif and blessed the ashwood staff with her essence .
Father then told about how the young cheif too had fallen in love with the phoenix but because at the time it was not allowed the 0henix and cheif had secret affairs and secret kids who were as beautiful as the phoenix and pure of heart like the cheif the couple raised there children in secret until the day of the cheifs death who was a mortal once he died his mate the phoenix lost her mind and began destroying everything she had created .
Father said there children who.w3re so powerful knew that if they didn't. Kill there mother then she would kill someone so the oldest child killed his own mother to save her soul they say once she died the land grew beautiful fauna where ever the phone caused damage after her death the son who killed her collected her ashes and put them in the staff he held.
Auror asked permission to hold the staff and when fatherbhanded her it it glowed Aurora got scared and nearly dropped the staff when my father saw the staff glow he looked stunned auror handed him the staff but it no longer wanted to return to my father which in its self was shocking because the staff had been in the family for centuries .
My father didn't look botheeds he looked happy when I asked why he was happy all of Auroras other mates and there families looked our way and father told me that the staff had chosen Aurora as its new keeper my father explained that whennhe was handed the staff his father said that the staff had a spirit and one day it would leave his side and go to another pure of heart .
The talk was over when in wallked a tall girl all dressed in black she was beautiful in a sense but 0ozed darkness as soon as she came in she saw the forcefield we had up and she smiled evilly then she was joined by a young man our age he was tall you could see his skin had colour and he had blood tuning in his veins he looked up at everyone and thennhis eyes landed on our table.
I could feel he wasn't another mate of our girl and my growl was 9nnth3 tip of my tongue but Aurora touched me she told us to rest when we began asking why Aurora told us that he wasn't flirting he spoke to her in her mind she told us he want me go toilet as an excuse and follow the gold arrows to the third room and save the little girl I met earlier I remembered how Aurora saw the little girl when we were coming in she was innocent and adorable .
Aurora told me to come with her so I did my mate brothers wanted to join her but aurora told them since I was vampire I could see the danger without being detected once they heard the stayed seated Andre the cat shifter looked concerned auroa kissed him and said he was the calm one him.and Antonio needed to calm Thor and Zeus.
When we got up the gaurd got 7p and asked why we got up I told them my mate needed the toilet and since its a new place I needed to be there for her so she didn't get scared if she got lost
The gaurd let us through and we began looking when we saw 5he door I saw the child was being held by another young women she looked terrified we broke the door and thats when I saw a hell beast Aurora came in and nearly passed out .
On hearing the child Aurora became determined and using my fatyers staff she fought the hells beast its during the fight that I saw a fire in Auroras galaxy purple eyes and as we fought I thought I saw fire wings Aurora then let out a screech that killed the hell beast then we saw a ive coffin .
