Chapter 24-Aurora

I held the jewellery box containing the ring in my hand and I walked quietly behind Ronald making sure not to be heard and I wondered while following him if I was doing the right thing but remembering Ronalds kindness I carried on following him.

L when he was at the end of the grassy terrain i hid immediately in the long grass and watched him I then saw Ronald starting to to remove his clothing and fold them the first thing that came off was his bulletproof vest,then his sweater,then his shirt I watched in awe of how pale his skin was and how beautiful it was when Ronald got to his trousers I felt my cheeks begin to burn.

I wanted to move away and give him privacy but then I felt like I couldn't move I was frozen and out of curiosity of what men had in there trousers I kept looking when he removed his trousers I saw that Ronalds leg muscles were as huge as his arm muscles.

When he removed his last peice of clothing I saw a firm looking butt as pale and as beautiful as the rest of his body and when a stick broke from somewhere Ronald looked around and I hoped he didn't see me and think I was spying on him but when I saw his eyes scanning the area my eyes ended up landing on this huge what looked like a sausage with a pale pink tip I sucked in a breath and I felt like fanning myself but I controlled it and thats when I saw that Ronald had stopped scanning the area.

I was glad because then I saw Ronald run so fast to the edge of a wooden bridge he jumped up and dove into the lake he was down there a while and I got worried so I ran to the edge of the wooden bridge without thinking and when I saw Ronald surface I held my chest and I was ready to walk back to the palace but just then Ronald saw me and dove lower to hide himself I blushed knowing that I had already seen his huge sausage with a pale pink tip I turned my head to hide my blush and i felt a gust of wind.

I only. turned when I heard a throat clearing and thats when I had seen that Ronald had put on his trousers but was shirtless I blushed but looked up and under the moonlight Ronald face was alluminated and his eyes that looked black were a warm brown and then my eyes looked up and down ronalds shirtless chest and torso and I saw a tattoo that intrigued me it looked tribal and without thinking I touched his skin that was cool to the touch but once my fingers traced his chest I saw the tattoo glow and it felt warm Ronald gasped and I moved back.

Ronald looked at me with a look that I couldn't deciper and then he put on a mask that made him look stern but at this point I had already seen his vulnerability and it made my heart soar but just so that Ronald didn't feel odd I also acted like I didn't know anything better and then Ronald said

"Your highness what can I do for you do you need help"

I shook my head indicating that I didn't need help and then I took Ronalds cool hand and I put it in mine his hand was large and mine petit and dainty and then I said

"Ronald I don't need help but I feel like I need to do this because eversince you were selected to be my driver and bodyguard I have seen you go beyond your duties as both and It has made me want to do something for youand please accept what I give you since I had no idea what vampires liked so the kind shop man helped me decide the gift "

After I said that I took out the ring box that I had put unto my pocket and I opened it and i put the ring on Ronalds finger before removing my hand then I gave him a chaste kiss on his cheek and thanked him before turning to go into the palace once there I saw mother standing there with tears in her eyes and she hugged me saying I was a kind hearted girl that treated everyone well thats when I realised that mother had seen me give Ronald the ring and a kiss and I looked up at her and said

"Mother do you think I just cheated on my mates by kissing Ronald and giving him a gift"

"No my sweet hearted girl you didn't they love you alot and they know how kind you are they will never feel cheated by you and if they do then they have there own problems to deal with"

My mom kissed my head and took me inside we ate dinner and watched telly and drank hot cocoa before heading to our rooms for the night where I fell asleep immediately but all night I kept seeing battles and bloodshed and blood drinking and although I slept all night I kept seeing all these horrid scenes when I woke up I saw scratch marks on my skin and so I wore a long sleeve top on to hide them.

But my mother noticed and hustled me to her room and demanded that I take off the shirt I did as she asked and then she gasped on seeing my marks and thats when I told her of the bad dreams mother hugged me and told me that what I had seen was what she had seen as a child and she explained how she became attached to a vampire boy.

who took care of her and in return her and him bonded and she saw all his memories and she also acquired his scars mother told me that the scars would vanish and that being bonded to a vampire wasn't all that bad she told me that since Ronald is a vampire I must have become attached to him and thats why I saw the bloodshed and blood drinking mother explained that the vampire relive the memory of when they first became vampires.

I gasped and asked if vampires were always around mother to me no and they only came to be when a curse hit a tribe and they began indulging in drinking blood on a bloodmoon and that caused them to grow fangs
and get pale skin and they could never be Killed and how many vampires hated to be vampire and the others who loved it because they were forever going to be young and that made me feel really bad for the vampires who had normal families because as there family grew older the vampires would watch them die and then see them buried and thats what hurt me alot because it made me wonder if Ronald saw his loved ones grow older until they withered away.
