Peter has to wear the helmet to protect him from people shooting him in the head. 
Peter can still talk but just barely.
Peter is sweet.. towards you and will NEVER bite you.
Peter is basically like a big dog towards you and knows he can't bite you but he'll lick you.
(I will make this with when finished with Patient 1104XX and I'll get started on a mini Au but I'll post that tomorrow morning!)
