Third Person POV
"Do you need a screwdriver?" Kara asked straining her neck to look up.
Alisha leaned forward, looking down from the roof, her long black hair covering her face, "We have one?" she asked curiously.
"Uh." Kara shrugged.
The house they were trying to get into had a roof window, which was their best shot at getting in. Devon, Alisha and Aria had climbed up to open it.
"It's open!" Devon informed.
"Lets go." Ace said as he got up from the ledge.
"Bup bup bup!" Tobias raised his left arm. "As somebody who just broke their arm, I really won't be able to climb up there."
Kara looked around to find a solution, "I'll go up with Ace and Theo helps you here."
Theo scoffed, "Excuse me? This patient right here is twice my size."
"Either you help him or you two can spend the night down here." Kara stated and started climbing the pipe after Ace.
Theo ruffled a hand through his almost curly hair before helping Tobias up to climb their way up. "Can you give me a little push?" Tobias asked turning back.
"Dude, this is why I should have gone first then you could have held my hand." Theo replied.
"Thanks mom but I just need you to give me a little push, oh and don't touch my butt." Tobias looked back at him with a smile. "I'm a little sensitive there."
"I'll try to resist." Theo replied in sarcasm.
The two reached the top, Theo stepped up and went in first, Tobias followed and accidentally kicked Devon's face on the way in, who let out a string of curses.
The room looked clean. Painted in dark green hue, a beige dresser on the right wall, dark curtains over the windows, a checkered bedspread, and a desk below two shelves of trophies and medals and a few family photos on the desk.
Aria stepped closer to the wall of photos to get a better look, Kara leaned into her. "Pretty face right?" She whispered referring to Jade's pictures.
"Damn right it is, he looks sculpted." Aria replied.
"Tell me about it, You know I have my lunch in the basketball court everyday, I don't know a damn rule of that game but that's when he practiced." Kara said, her honey eyes tingling in mischief to which Aria let out a laugh.
Theo joined them grabbing a photo frame off the desk, "Eh, he's okay. My body's definitely better."
Both Aria and Kara eyed his body, he was good-looking in a lean manner, you could see he was built and worked out often but definitely not athletic. Not even close.
They moved downstairs and raided the kitchen, ate food that would suffice them for at least three more days.
Alisha walked into the living room and plopped down on the couch with a bottle of Pepsi.
"Want me to open it for you?" Tobias offered from the opposite couch.
"Aw you would do that for me?" She asked in fake awe.
"I would. Honestly, you're the only person I like here." Tobias replied.
"That makes sense since we haven't talked before. Not even once."
Tobias tried his way into a conversation, "So what do you do? You're a model or an actress? I mean with a face like that.."
Devon cleared his throat from the kitchen and started shutting cabinets very violently.
