Jackson finally reached Souls place. Music blared from the inside of the house and from a quick glance through the living room window, smoke clung to every inch of the house. Jackson heart beat quickened at every step he took toward the front door. He had never been to Souls house for a deal before so he was quite literally terrified. They always met at Rodericks Park or something. Now if something went wrong Soul could easily hide his body. Jackson tried really hard not to think ab out that. He failed.
Jackson stepped up to the door and knocked a solid three times. He stood there for five whole minutes in the cold winter air before someone answered. A tall blonde with a tiny neon pink dress opened the door. She looked him up and down.
"You come here for a good time stud or what?" She wink at him.
"Uh no I'm here for Soul" He thought about turning and running, but he knew that'd piss Soul off. He braced his shoulders and waited while the blonde went to get the dealer.
Soul came with his supply in hand. The blonde was now nowhere to be seen.
"I told you not to take your time blondie" Soul practically spat out his words whenever he spoke.
"Sorry man, I was on foot. Not too close" Jackson bowed his head. Some weird sign of respect that he knew Soul liked.
"Whatever. You got my money?" Soul asked, he seemed bored with situation.
"Yeah" Jackson said as he handed Soul the cash.
"Looks right." Soul passed Jackson his supply and walked back inside without another word.
Jackson let out a breathe he didn't even realise he was holding. He stared at the weed I his hand and then up at the sky. When had he gotten so lost.

On his way back home Jackson decided to walk past Catalinas place again. He didn't know why he just felt himself be pulled that way. As he got closer to her house, he noticed that the light was still on in her bedroom. Why would she still be up at three am? He walked closer to her bedroom window. She was on the second story. He decided to just ry and scale the tree. He decided looking in before knocking was weird so he just laid three soft knocks on her window. She slowly pulled away the curtains and her eyes went wide when she saw him standing outside. Catalina opened her sliding window and took an d incredibly icy tone with him. In his opinion anyway.
"What the hell are you doing here?!" She whisper yelled at him.
What was he doing here? He didn't even know. He spoke before he could think.
"Bought this with me." He spoke as he held up his new stash.
She blinked at him. Why she hadn't instantly closed the window and cursed him out he wasn't quite sure. Instead, she opened her window further and ushered him inside.
"Be quiet" She said as he stepped through her bedroom window.
Her room was exactly like he had expected it to be. A lot of white, nudes and browns. All very clean and put together. Her desk to the right of the window was filled with school work and fake plants. Her bed didn't look slept in at all tonight. And there wasn't a single space for a new book in her tall bookshelf next to her bed. It was all very... Catalina. He liked it.
"So can we get this started. I could use a break." She eyed the heavy pile of school work.
He sat on her bed and pulled out a joint and a lighter from his pocket.
"Is it cool if we share?" Jackson asked, watching Catalina cross her arms over her chest. She seemed distraught.
"Yeah uh it's yours anyway so.." She couldn't meet his eyes.
Jackson lit up his joint and took a long drag. He aimed his head up at the ceiling as he blew out the smoke. Catalina met his eyes for the first time as he brought his head back down. She crossed the room and sat next to him on the bed.
"Here." He offered her the joint as he stared into her eyes. Her beautiful brown eyes. She took it out of his hands and took her own draw from it. She coughed again, though not as bad as earlier.
He looked down at the joint in her hand. She was shaking. Jackson had never been good at the whole thinking before acting thing, especially when he was around Catalina. He threw his thoughts out the window as he reached forward and cupped her hand with his own. She incredibly cold but her skin was so smooth. To his surprise she didn't jerk her hand away or look completely disgusted. She just kept staring at the ground. He watched her watch the ground when a teardrop fell and hit the carpet below. She was crying?
"Catalina-" He began to speak but was interrupted by Catalina interlocking their hands and looking up at him.
"Don't speak just ... Don't." Her voice was small.
He studied her face. Her cheeked still wet where her tears had fallen. Her eyes still glistened, threatening to let loose more salty tears. She seemed to study him too. He wandered what she was thinking.
"Cat-" Jackson went to speak again but Catalina had pressed her lips to his. His eyes stayed open for a moment waiting to see if se would pull back, regret her move. But she kept kissing him. So he closed his eyes and kissed her back.
Her lips were incredibly soft, he was now convinced that everything about her was soft and smooth to the touch. He wrapped his hands around her waist and she wrapped her arms around his neck, joint still in hand. She took her leg with her and began to straddle him. She rocked her hips back and forth and his hands grew tighter on her waist. They both started to lean back on her bed and things were going well. Jackson was happy, he had wanted this, with her for a long time. They were just getting started.
