Chapter 43

JORDEN POV

I wake up before Normani looking down at her knowing that I'm not gonna see her nor Meg for a whole month. Ugh it's killing me but this is my career, what I do.

She's laid on my chest with her curly hair all over cause of course after that act she pulled at the music video had to be addressed. But even after we still were on each other at the hotel. I know she's beyond tired and sore. And I'm not gonna be there to soothe her.

I look at the clock on the stand seeing that it's 6:30 am. And we gotta be out of here by 8 to get to the airport. Then I'll officially be on tour first stop being Cali. I'm gonna miss my family so much.

I hold Normani tighter making her moan lowly in her sleep. As I hold on tight to her not wanting to let her go I realize I have to cause time moves even when you don't want it to.

MEGAN POV
Pregnant. Pregnant. Pregnant. Pregnant.

Oh gosh... this is not the time.

NORMANI POV

Daddy wakes me, and I don't want to. I know our day together ends and I'll go home and he goes to California. I want him home... but like I keep telling myself this is his job. Just like it's Mommys job.

I think back on how I felt when Mommy was on tour, and she was gone for three months. Yeah I gave Daddy hell those three months... I know I can't do that with her cause she'll spank me in a minute.

I come out of my thoughts when Daddy rubs my thigh saying we're here. Here... being the airport. We both get out holding hands slowly walking into the airport with the paparazzi snapping away but we don't even care.

Goodbye means forever and this isn't good bye this is a see you later cause he's coming home for sure.

After passing security we look at my ticket seeing that him, Neil, and the crew go towards the gates on the left and I go to the gates on the right. We stare at each other and I feel a tear about to spill from my eye but I can't let it fall.

"We gonna give you some time... we'll be at our gate with the jet" Neil tells Jorden giving him a pat on the back and gives me a head nod which I nod back.

Everyone leaves us and we take that as the moment to hug each other tightly. I'm so used to him doing local tours to the states near us. But with him blowing up they want him all over and in a short amount of time.

With my hands around his neck I rub the back of it feeling along his baby hair. "I love you Princess"

"I love you Daddy" I say and I burst into tears

"Sh -sh baby. No crying... I- I need you to be a big girl for me. You're going to be alright. And I don't want to leave you like this."

"Then don't go" I whine
"I... I... I have to.."

"I know... I'm sorry. I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm just so emotional" I say pulling apart rubbing my eyes laughing

He grabs my chin giving me the softest kiss that turns into us full blown making out.

"Have some respect there's kids here!" Someone yells and we instantly break apart laughing.

"Alright baby. Go make your flight" he says grabbing my head into a headlock laughing

"Call me when you land and then when y'all get home... hear me?"

"Yes Daddy" I say then give him a kiss and turn to walk up the long walk way towards my gate. I turn around midway and see him still standing there looking at me with his hands in his pocket. When he sees that I'm looking at him he gives me a wave. Waving back I smile and blow a kiss then continue my little journey to my gate.
