DINNER WITH THE MIKAELSONS was... chaotic, to say the least. not exactly knowing what to do, cordelia say there in silence, as rebekah, finn and niklaus were lightly chatting because of some event that they supposedly wanted to hold, whereas kol and elijah seemed to be quite... active in the kitchen."elijah, i have this under total control!"
clirr.
"correction, i had this under control."
"kol, you idiotic excuse of a brother! lord, i can't even understand how you managed to do this, your stupidity surpasses human understanding —"
"well, it's a good thing you're not exactly hu—"
cordelia's attention was swayed to niklaus, who had cleared his throat awkwardly in sheepishness.
inwardly, the original hybrid was cursing his moronic brothers.
"forgive us the... noise and trouble. please excuse me." he smiled apologetically as he stood up, giving rebekah a prompting nod that indicated he expected her to entertain cordelia whilst he would educate his brothers.
"i don't get why they wanted to do this even though we have maids, literally." rebekah scoffed lightly under her breath, to which she earned herself a warning glare from both of her brothers.
"cordelia," finn smiled gently as he, too, began standing up, happy to have some time alone with his mate — minus rebekah, of course, but she didn't really count, "would you like to visit our art gallery with me?"
cordelia's face immediately lit up as she followed finn's movements. "yes, of course! i'd be honoured to."
the arts teacher frowned upon rebekah not making a single move. "ah, aren't you coming along with us, rebekah?"
