8 - the pineapple lovers are expanding

I went back to the gallery and into the studio, I wanted to finish Suzy's painting today, so I painted another 2 hours. Around 6PM I went up to get ready for dinner. Taking another shower I put on a dress, perfect for the celebration.

Going down the stairs I saw Isabel, Suzy and Aiden already waiting for me.

"No yoga pants for tonight?" Aiden teased

"That was one time Aiden, one time." Shaking my head.

They all laughed.

"Let's go ladies, I made us a reservation at Nonna's place."

"Super, I like the food there. We just should be careful, Nonna likes to play for cupid with here grandsons. And now Mamma Sienna has also been added." I groaned

"Lizzy, she doesn't do that with every woman that enters." Aiden said

"No?" I was surprised

"If she is doing it with you that means that she sees something in you. And wait till you meet Lorenzo or Luciano. Many women like there looks and charm." Aiden told me

Shrugging my shoulders, "It's not all about the looks. Maybe they have a bad personality."

"Not really no. Luciano is kind, Lorenzo too but he has sometimes a temper. But they are both good guys."

"We will see, I haven't met them yet."

We followed Aiden to his car. It wasn't far on foot, but Aiden said that ladies with high heels should need to be driven. No arguing there from me, but I believe that it had more to do with Suzy being pregnant. But at the end it was very sweet of him.

Entering for the second time at Nonna's place today I was curious to see if they would act different to me now that Julia wasn't with me. But I was completely wrong about that. Soon I entered I was pulled in a hug by both women. I think that I even saw Sienna take a picture of me.

We were seated in a quiet corner and Aiden ordered a bottle of champagne and a virgin cocktail for Suzy.

"What are the four of you celebrating tonight?" Sienna asked

"Well, our Lizzy here signed a contracted with me. She is going to replace Suzy till she can come back, and she is going to paint exclusive for my gallery." Aiden explained

"Congrats to you both and enjoy your evening."

"Thanks"

We toasted on the new union. Dinner was served.

I leaned towards Suzy. "How far along are you? Aiden never told me."

"End of the week I will be 32 weeks pregnant."

"Oh wow, that's already far."

"Yes, time is going fast."

"Do you know if you are expecting a girl or a boy?"

She shook her head "no I don't know the sex of the baby, Chris wanted it to be a surprise. I wanted to know. We hadn't really decided yet, but then he had his car accident. After that I decided to, I memory of Chris, to keep it a surprise."

"That is a wonderful idea, Suzy."

"I thought so too."

"Do you would like a girl or a boy?"

"When I just found out that I was pregnant I wanted to have a girl. But now, I don't care anymore. It's the last piece that I have of Chris and boy or girl I am going to love it for 200%."
