Murder In The Safe Zone

There was a meeting going on the 56th floor to discuss how to handle the boss without suffering any casualty. There were two big guilds, a smaller guild, and two solo players being Eren and Kirito. The person who was in charge was Asuna from the Knights of the Blood Oath. She was a demanding person who was currently trying to find a way how to fight the boss. She then slam her hands on the table, getting the attention of everyone. 

"We'll lure the boss to the village" Asuna told them. That shock everyone in the room as they wonder why would she suggest something like this. Kirito was the first to let out his concern. "W-Wait a second. If you do that, the villagers-"

"That's the idea. While the boss is killing the NPC's, we attack and destroy it" Asuna told him. "NPC's aren't just 3-D objects like trees and rocks. They're-"

"Alive, is that it? They're only objects. Even if they're killed, they'll only respawn" Asuna told him. "I kind of agree with her Kirito" Eren told him. "You too!?" Kirito said surprised. "Sometimes you got to sacrifice lives in order to achieve certain goals. Either way, they're just people created by the game system to fill in the villages" Eren explained. "I'm glad at least one of you isn't dumb" Asuna said. "I can't go along with this" Kirito said as he left the meeting. 

 "I, Asuna, Vice commander of the Knights of the Blood Oaths, will oversee this operation. You will obey my orders" Asuna told him. "Asuna, one tip. You can't just go around and order people around just because of your position. It also depends on respect from the people you work with" Eren told her before he left to follow Kirito.

Eren caught up with the Blacks swordsman and Kirito was a little upset with him. "Why did you take her side? You know something like that is mess up" Kirito told him. "You don't know the definition of mess up. Besides, we're all just trying to do what's best so everyone in this game can go home without having to lose more people" Eren said.

Without them knowing, Agil was walking towards them. "Hey you two. Did Kirito get into another fight?" he asked the duo. "Yup" Eren said as Kirito still look upset about it. "Kirito, why are you and the second in command always that way? Why not be more like Eren who looks like he has experience with stuff like this" Agil asked him.

"I guess we just don't get along" Kirito said. "I'm still surprised to find out she's the second in command in a big guild. When we first met her, she didn't know how simple game mechanics work" Eren said, remembering the person in the cloak they first met back when they fought the first boss. "You probably would've gotten that position if you had join their guild Eren. You're actually a very good leader" Agil told him. "He's right. I think those times in the military taught you some good stuff" Kirito told him. Eren smile a bit and said "I learned from the best." When he said that, people like Erwin, Hange, and a little bit of Levi showed up in his head.

Kirito got a message as he look at it. "I got to go. I have to go help Sachi level up so she can start attending these boring meetings with us" Kirito said. "Go help your girlfriend get stronger so she can fight besides you" Eren told him jokingly. As Kirito was leaving he gave Eren the middle finger before teleporting away.

Agil chuckle as he turn to Eren. "So, what are you going to do?" he asked him. Eren shrug as he said "I don't know. I might just relax under a tree." They went on their separate ways as Eren found a nice spot to relax in. He laid under a tree as he closed his eyes. 'It's been a long time since I got to relax like this' he said in his head as he felt himself going to sleep.

"What are you doing?" someone interrupted him as Eren open his eyes. He spotted that the owner of the voice was Asuna, who was looking down at him with a disapproving look. She then notice something on his face. "Were you crying?" she asked him.
