  “Strange Creatures In The Midst Of Us”

{Previously on Mugen No Mise}

Queren: This is weird-

Rosalinda: I’m starting to think-

Antonio: That-

ALL: THE STORE IS CLOSED!

Queren: You know what is the smartest thing we can do right now? Let's just walk until we find someone. Yeah, let's just walk straight forward until we find someone.

Rosalinda: BUT THE EXIT!!  IT WAS JUST HERE!!! HOW COULD IT HAVE DISAPPEARED? 

Queren: It's just a dresser…nothing else.

Antonio: You know what- I’ve had enough of this. (he lays down on the couch) I’m done. I don’t care anymore. This is a living nightmare.

Rosalinda: (stands up quickly) Oh no I think I dropped my confetti pouch!  (looks around and checks in the bed if it's there but it isn't) I must've dropped in when we were walking…I'll be right back!

-the countdown shows “00:00:30” and it countdown thirty seconds-

Antonio: (concerned) What do you think will happen when it reaches zero?

Queren: I don't know… Nothing maybe but I guess we will have to see. I hope Rosalinda gets back before then.

Antonio: Bruh, nothing is happeni-

-“BOOM” the lights go out-

Antonio: Rosa? Are you there? Hello?

Rosalinda: I found you!!!

Queren: Good night guys

Antonio: Good night!

Rosalinda: Goodnight!!

(Rosalinda wakes up from the nightmare as she is panting & breathing hard she checks & pats herself. She looks around and sees that Queren and Antonio are still sleeping. It's still dark in the store but her phone is beeping. She checks it and sees the countdown of 13 seconds. She looks around and embraces for impact and then)

Antonio: Well, who’s climbing?

(Queren and Rosalinda point at him)

Antonio: Come look at this!

Rosalinda: (surprised and excited) GUYS! THERE IS SOMEONE OVER THERE! -she points to the man that is walking in between the stock shelves- 

{Back to present time}

(running)

Antonio: Over there!!

Queren: I didn't see anything! Are you guys sure you saw someone?

Rosalinda: Yes!! He was over that way, walking! 

Antonio: Yeah, and he had the IKEA uniform on!

Rosalinda: Wait, he did?

(Queren and Antonio get tired of running and start speed walking)

Rosalinda: (still running) You guys are slow!

(Rosalinda catches up to what seems to be an IKEA Employee but the closer she gets to him the more she sees that something was wrong with him. She noticed his arms were too long, and that his legs were too short. He had a long torso and really broad shoulders. His hands were so big they seemed like they could crush a watermelon with them. It still had the IKEA uniform on and it still appeared to be an IKEA staff but something wasn’t right.)
