"Neesan! I'm back!" The female hears her younger brother's announce of arrival. She's glad and thankful he got back home safely and with no scratches, bruises or wounds.

"Welcome back, I see you had fun." The older smiled softly.

"It was really fun! Baji-san and the guys were really chaotic." Y/n could tell Takemichi was really happy. It was obvious for her.

"But, bro, tell me the truth." The older Hanagaki spoke, stopping Takemichi on his words.

"Hmm?" Takemichi's brows rose in curiosity and questioning, clearly indirectly asking his sister what was the matter all about.

"Is Keisuke really the one tutoring you or...?" Y/n trailed off, waving her hand in a circular motion in tiny, a brow raised with her head slightly tilted to the side.

"About that..." Takemichi nervously laughed, a hand finding its way to his nape as he did so.

"Yeah?" Y/n perked, still plastering a smile.

"Baji-san's rather... Cheering me on, it's mostly Chifuyu." He explained which almost immediately brought Y/n to sigh in relief but quickly acted normal, as if she was relieved a boy like Keisuke wasn't tutoring Takemichi as she kinda realized that Keisuke was also a bit... slow, in academics.

Takemichi started story-telling his older sister about the trip he had while she cooked dinner for them. Y/n listened as well in return, interested with her younger brother's stories.

Suddenly, a knock on the door was heard, it was loud enough for the Hanagaki Siblings to hear and grab their attention.

"Could you-"

"I know, I'll get it." Takemichi shot up from his seat and rushed to the door as he cut off his sister's words. Y/n couldn't help but chuckle at him, remembering all the times she always say whenever there's someone at the door, she always asks Takemichi to get it for her.

"Oh, neesan, It's Shinichiro!" Takemichi told, which made Y/n somehow freeze in her place, her thoughts immediately flashback to the last time she met up with him.

"Y/n..." It sure was Shinichiro, since it's his voice and all...

The female sighed, placing down the ladle, leaving the cooking food some time to cook itself.

"Shini-" Before Y/n could even finish her call as she turned to see the male, she sees Shinichiro's face full of bruises and a black eye along with some bandages. "What the heck happened?!" She bursted, clearly all panicked and worried, she then quickly rushed to the male.

Shinichiro backed away a bit as Y/n was a little too close to him as she checked his bruises and wounds.

"These aren't even treated properly! It looks like someone just washed it off and topped it with bandages!" Y/n exclaimed which caused Shinichiro to sweat drop, scratching his nape as he was a bit embarrassed to admit what she said was all dropdead correct.

"I-" Before he could continue with what he has to say, the female dragged him to the couch and motioned him to sit on the sofa.

"Mitchy, can you bring me the first aid?" Y/n asks to her younger brother who was still awkwardly standing in his place.

"S-Sure!" Without a word, the younger Hanagaki immediately dashed away to find the kit.

The atmosphere was filled with awkwardness in almost immediately,

"I was upset because I thought you left me alone." Y/n sighed. "But it seems like you got yourself into trouble, I'm sorry for doubting you." She gave an apologetic smile.

"I should be the one apologizing, I left you standing even though you had your exams."  Shinichiro lowered his head. Y/n chuckled softly and lifted his chin with her two fingers.

"It's okay, Shin, you didn't want that to happen anyways, none of us did." Shinichiro felt really blessed by the second, how could such an angel be in the same room as him? Breathing the same air.

Takemitchy soon came back with the kit, he was about to help out but Y/n told him to buy some bandages from the convenience store.

"I've decided, everytime you get hurt, you should come to me and I'll happily treat your wounds, how is that?" Y/n showed a sweet and soft smile as she dabbed the cotton onto the male's injuries.

"Really? Wouldn't it bother you?" Shinichiro questions, quite happy by the statement but somehow unsure.

"You are not a bother, Shin, I'm glad we got to be friends." She chuckled.

Friends... Oh...

Shinichiro's smile seemed to falter, his eyes slowly lowered, Y/n noticed the obvious gesture, her brows then furrowed.

"What's wrong?" She asked, looking at him.

"It's nothing." Shinichiro forces a smile and raised his hand again.

"Come  on, you can tell me, and maybe I'll forgive you for leaving me out." She sent a mischievous smirk to his way, clearly taking advantage of what happened.

"You're mean." Shinichiro sighs.

"Only if I have to." Y/n chuckled once more. "Now, what was it?"

"It's really nothing, I just felt like a burden to you."

"Shin, you are not a burden, you helped me out so many times, I'm thankful for you." Y/n shook her head and sighed. "Stop acting like we're complete strangers, be more casual, okay?" It seemed like Shinichiro had no choice but to now and so he did, not long after Takemitchy got back with a box filled with bandages in his hands.

By the end of the night, the three ended up having dinner together. Takemitchy actually felt like he had a big bro and he could tell Shinichiro was genuine to him and to his sister. He's thankful for that fact.
