I want you to get as much information out of him as possible if you succeed in capturing him. You're mission name will be Morax. Understood?" Said Ningguang.
Ningguang is the boss of the spy headquarters. She deals with the undercover missions and business corps and divisions. She's the CEO of the spy agency.

Zhongli left and told Yelan to head over to Ningguang's office. Yelan made her way to Ningguang's office and knocked before entering.
"Come on in, Yelan." Said Ningguang as she reviewed her papers.
"You called for me, Miss?" Asked Yelan as she stood in front of Ningguang.
"Yes. I have a new mission for you." Ningguang told her.
"I'm sorry, Miss but I just finished from my other mission an hour ago and still need to fill out all the information I've found out from-." Explained Yelan but was cut off my Lady Ningguang.
"You may address all of your information to Keqing and Ganyu in the info corp." said Ningguang.
"Understood, Miss Ningguang." Said Yelan.
"Yelan. Do you understand why we have this agency?" Asked Ningguang with such seriousness.
"Yes, Miss." Yelan replied.
