Miraculous au (part 1) origins

Fake Catnoir

"Well that was successful." Wayzz said from his master's bag.
"Yes, she will make an excellent ladybug." His master said.
"And what about the black cat miraculous?" Wayzz asked.
"We are just going to have to try the same thing, what could possibly go wrong?" His master said.

"Another day, another batch of wild witches!" Steve sighed.
The last week has been hard.
It has been hot as the sea and With those no good bards getting in the way of the arrest of several of these witches. And just this morning one of the wild witches escaped.
We caught him after he foolishly helped an old man.
So We re-apprehended him.
But while walking him back to the cart something fell out of his pocket.
A small box with a weird symbol on it.
Luckily the Golden Guard had been walking by so I gave the box to him.
Steve sighed again. 'Only 42 days until my day off' he thought.

Hunter went to his room, he was supposed to be taking the odd little box to the warden for the evidence locker.
But he needed a minute.
It was hot as rain outside, and he just spent 7 hours in the sun, under his four layers of clothes.
So he went to his room and was immediately greeted by a small red Cardinal.
"I thought I told you to leave." Hunter said. Only response he got was a few tweets.
Hunter just sighed and took his mask and hood off.
He laid on the bed for a second before he heard the bird playing with something.
"Hey what are you..?" Hunter asked before a bright light shined through the room.
He looked over and saw a cat looking creature
He grabbed his artificial staff and aimed it at the creature.
"What are you?" Hunter asked.
"I'm a kwami. I Grant magic powers, yours is the power of distraction." The cat explained.
"A kwami? *gasp* I read about those, but I thought they all disappeared years ago." Hunter said.
"Well that's kind of true. But were Hidden  because an evil human, but we don't have to worry about him anymore." The kwami said.
"So what is your activation phrase?" Hunter asked.
"Oh it's 'plagg claws out' but I have a lot to explain before..."
"Plagg, claws out." Hunter said.
He wasn't usually reckless but some kind of stone monster passed by and he knew that was what he was being called to fight.

'Stupid ladybug has no clue what she's doing' Catnoir thought after she hit the same building five times in a row.
He had finished reading the manual so now he was figuring out we're the akuma was.
There!
"Hey ladybug." Catnoir said.
Ladybug rolled her eyes.
"What do you want?" She asked.
"First of all I have done nothing to deserve this rude behavior."
"At least we can both agree that you have done nothing." She snapped.
"SeCondLy, from my observation, the akuma is in his hand." He said while pointing at the fist.
"*gasp* you're right he hasn't opened it since the beginning of the fight." Ladybug said.

After an almost failure (ladybug almost didn't catch the akuma) and an annoying teenager bugging us, me and ladybug went separate ways.
I got back to my room and Deactivated the suit.
"Well that was almost a disaster." Plagg said.
"You said it." Hunter replied.
"I was actually referring to you not jumping in immediately." Plagg said.
"And what got us both killed?" Hunter spat.
Plagg was quiet for a moment before saying "ok fair point."
A knock on the door interrupted their conversation and Hunter gestured to Plagg and the palismen to hide.
"Yes?" Hunter said.
"The emperor requests your presence at once." The scout said.
"Very well." Hunter said as he put back on his hood and mask.
He opened the door and followed the scout to the throne room.

Teenagers?
He was defeated by a couple TEENAGERS??!?!
Belos was not pleased.
But then he remembered he had a teenager.
"Scout, send the golden guard here." Belos said to a guard that was passing by.
"Yes sir." He said bowing then leaving to do what he was told.
A few minutes later the Golden Guard arrived.
He bowed then said. "You summoned me, emperor?"
"Yes, I did." Belos said. "I have a Mission for you."
His nephew perks up at that.
"As you are aware, a hexside student turned into a monster this morning, you are to attend this school and figure out how and why." Belos said.
"When do I leave?" Hunter asked eager to redeem himself.
"The next school day. You are not to be discovered by anyone, not even a coven scout. I will explain the rest to you then but in the meantime you have the weekend to get whatever you would need for the upcoming months of your stealth mission, you are dismissed." Belos said.
Hunter stood up and left.
Belos can't help but smile to himself.
He had killed two birds with one stone.
Hunter would be safe and busy, while looking for the two teens that had ruined his plans.
