Choice

Another Person's POV

They both were waiting for any answers from Mark but they only met with dead silence. Now they both are feeling the regret taking place in their heart for confessing too soon in such a way.

But then a soft chuckle echoed in the office. Their eyes froze on Mark's lips that curved into a smirk.

"In a week you both fell for me...."

Mark laughed but there isn't any humor in it. Phana shivered when he saw how dark Mark's eyes look. They are deep as the ocean and dangerous like it too.

"You want me to choose between you both right?"

Phana and Forth bobbed their head together. Mark first looked at Phana and then Forth.

"Then come with me."

Mark said while walking away from them. He opened the door of his office. Phana and Forth followed him. They were intimidated for some reason. They frowned when Mark lead them towards a different corridor and elevator.

It seems like Mark was possessed by undefining energy. Finally, they stopped at the door which seems mysterious to both of them.

Mark scanned his first and then his fingerprint before that door opened. It was pitch dark. Forth holds Phana's hand when everything felt so overwhelming for him.

"Jeff..!"

The light was turned on from Mark's command. What they saw blew their mind. The place feels like a training hall for the secret commandoes.

One man came there will two shotguns in his hand and that seems big trouble. Forth glanced at Phana who is as shocked as him.

"Mark what's all this...?"

"You both given me a choice to choose between you too but now I am giving you both a choice to have me..."

Mark said and walked closer to them. He holds Phana's wrist and handover one gun to him. Phana's hand shivered while holding that gun from the hand he swear to save lives with.

Forth isn't much unaware of the short gun but what made him fear was why Mark was giving these to them.

"What we need to do...?"

Forth asked with a frown on his face. Mark stood in front of them from a short distance. He smirked and then give a nod to Jeff.

He nods his head at his Boss's order and went to bring their target. For a second Forth tried to convince his heart that maybe Mark want them to try shooting but all that theory was thrown out of the window when Jeff dragged a man in front of them.

His hand was tied behind and his eyes were blindfolded. Their eyes were wide open from shock.

"You both fall for me without even knowing about my life but still I am giving you both chance to have me. Kill him and prove to me that you are strong enough to love me...."

"Did you lose your mind? How could we...?"

Phana yelled at Mark. Forth was just staring at that man kneeling there in front of them. He couldn't even lead himself to hold that gun tightly.

"Then how you both can even imagine loving me...?! I cleared from the start that I want someone who could protect themselves. If you both can't shoot him them with me you'll be the next person to get shot dead...!"

There wasn't any humor in Mark's words. This wasn't any prank that will end with laughter. Mark was putting himself in front of them to choose.

"In between you both who'll kill this man. I'll be his boyfriend. The choice is yours Phana and Forth...."
