"i do NOT like him!"- 2

I wash my face with some water then look up at myself

"What is going on?!?"

I ran out of the bathroom, trying to make my way to chrissi

"Y/n please talk to me!"

Jason was waiting outside the cafeteria

"Nope!"

I pushed past him, grabbed chrissi, and I took her to the bathroom whilst Jason chased us.

"Y/n!? What's going on?! Are you okay?!?"

She cupped my cheeks whilst she examined me

"No I'm fine, it's Patrik"

"What do you mean?"

"Jason just told me that he likes me!"

"Awe, maybe you can date!"

"I do NOT like him. I see him as a brother!"

"Oh... OH"

She had a look of realization

"You like-"

I put my hand over her mouth

"No, chrissi, I don't like anyone"

I put my hand down

"Oh, okay"

We walked out of the bathroom to see the whole basketball team waiting for us.

'Shit' I thought

I'm not gonna be able to cheer at the game because of hellfire. I'll ask chrissi to cover for me.

I push past the group, when I feel a hand grab my arm

"Oh uh hi patrik?"

"Y/n, can I talk to you?"

"Um I can later, I have something important I gotta do"

I yanked my hand and walked away

I walked up to Dustin and explained how this was gonna work. I was gonna go to the game for 20 minutes then come back to hellfire for another 20, and so on.

He looked disappointed, but agreed

He explained it to Eddie and he was disappointed too.

I went to find patrik to talk to him, I had a feeling that it was about his little "crush" on me

"Hey, um I can talk now"

He grabbed onto my hand and let me to the back of the school

'Why am I skipping class for this?!'

I thought

When we got there he let go of my arm and grabbed my hands instead, He stood in front of me.

"Y/n.."

"Look, patrik. I already know what this is about"

He looked surprised

He looked like he was about to cry and I felt so bad.

"You do?"

"Yeah, your numb skull friend Jason, told me"

"Oh.. Heh"

He laughed at me calling him a  numb skull

'Maybe I can date him for like a week, then I can just say that I'm gay or something to get out of it's

'I'LL DATE ROBIN AT THIS POINT. I mean at least she's pretty'
