'Shit'
Atsumu bit his lip and looked down tensely.
'Why him?'
He glanced at the couple next to him from the corner of his eye. Atsumu turned away, hoping the other two wouldn't recognize him.
'8 more floors'
Atsumu closed his eyes and focused on the quiet hum of the elevator, until he heard the ravenhaired chuckle. His chest tightened painfully and the bite on his bottom lip intensified. Fate must really enjoy seeing him suffer.

He thought luck was on his side when he found out his new boss was his longtime crush from high school, Sakusa Kiyoomi, but just as his feelings flared up again and he was about to confess his love to him, fate apparently found it incredibly amusing, to break his heart, better yet crush it.

The day Atsumu wanted to confess his love to him, Sakusa Kiyoomi proposed to Wakatoshi Ushijima.

"Atsumu"
Atsumu flinched when he heard a deep and all too familiar voice say his name. His heart rate increased and he nervously tugged at the hem of his sleeve.
"Om-Sakusa" He stuttered and mentally slapped his face.
"Ushijima " Atsumu said when he saw the man next to Sakusa nod in greeting.
"Heading Home?"
"Yeah. Have some plans with my Brother."
The ravenhaired hummed in response while Atsumu tried to avoid eye contact and rocked uncomfortably back and forth, while he nervously looked at the display, counting the remaining floors.
'4 floors'
'I wanna get Out. need ta get Out! it hurts so much. Why do I have to meet these two of all people here?'
Atsumu closed his eyes and took a deep breath to calm himself as the elevator shook with a jerk, causing the three passengers to stumble.
'NO! NO NO NO!'
Atsumu's eyes widened and he frantically pressed the call for help button.
The blond heard Sakusa sigh next to him.
"Well, so much for your plans for the evening.Guess you're stuck with us."
'NOOOO'
