POV:Hunter

I smell the fresh smell of Griffin eggs, and then, I hear a familiar voice
"Wake up u nuisance! Ur going to be late for school!"
I quickly throw the covers off of me, and get up as quickly as I could and I got dressed, Flapjack on my shoulder, and run out into the kitchen to see my guardian, Darius waiting for me
"What took u so long? Hurry and eat ur breakfast, I have things to do yknow!" He says as his foot stomps the ground impatiently as I basically inhale my breakfast
"Sorry! My alarm didn't go off!" I say as I quickly get up, put the dish in the sink, and rush out, Flapjack fluttering behind me
"Its alright little prince, but I suggest u hurry and get to school, u don't want to be late on ur first day"
I roll my eyes at him as Flapjack turns into a staff, and I fly away, not wanting another hour lecture
He arrives at Hexside, not actually being late, Darius just wanted to pester him, and so he wouldn't actually be late

I sigh, not very surprised that I wasn't late, and then I spot the Captain of Hexside's flyer derby team, Willow, waving me over, along with Gus, Amity, and The human beside her, and some short brown haired kid next to Gus. I feel my cheeks warm up, but shake it off and hurry over to them.
"Hey Hunter!" The human says, and Amity shoots me a glare, and for obvious reasons, we weren't on very good terms.
"Hello human"
"Still a bad but sad boy?" She says, and Willow, along with the others, laugh. I felt my face heat up again. I never really noticed how adorable Willow's laugh was.. Titan she was adorable- WAIT NO DONT THINK THAT! SNAP OUT OF IT HUNTER!
I snapped out of it pretty quickly.
"Don't call me that!"
Luz smiled, she just loves getting on my nerves, for some reason
"Sorry, sorry! Didn't mean to push a button!"
I roll my eyes, and then Gus turned to me
"Quick question, why are u here and uh.. in uniform?" He asked
"Well.. uh, I'm enrolled into Hexside now!"
They all stare at me wide-eyed, and at that moment, I knew it was going to be a long first day
