The Bad

You were frozen stiff, but you knew if you moved, he would surely bite you. It was hard to think, you wanted to think you were imagining, but you felt his arms around your waist tightly, and his fangs poking your neck, the thought of him penetrating you made you lose a part of your mind, as your memory of the past came.

"MOMMY!!!"

Your sense kicked back in, your hand reached in your pocket pulling out a knife. "YOU BASTARD!!!" He had been caught off guard, and the knife connected to his pale skin, creating a clean slice across his cheek.

"Agh!" His grip released, which freed you, once you were a good distance away from him, you eyes widened. The guy was not what you were thinking of him to be, his skin was indeed pale, he wore a sleeveless black shirt, a choker, and a red jacket with red leather pants. He looked creepy, but the one that got were his blood red eyes when he glared at you angrily.

"A-A Vampire..." Came out your mouth, you didn't know why that came out your mouth, it just...did. Slowly, he began walking towards you, his eyes only fixed on you, and once again, you felt frozen again. You tried to raise your knife, but before you could blink, he was already close enough to your face. Fear was within you now, as he opened his mouth to where you saw his sharp  fangs."'

"Why you!"

The sky had been cleared out from all the clouds to where the moon could be seen, you watched how his fangs disappeared and his eye color began changing, he hissed loudly, backing away from you.

"N-No! Not now! Damn you!" He cursed. Still not able to move, you watched with every emotion possible in your face, confusion, fright, worry.  He glared at you before saying, "You're lucky this time!"  With that, he disappeared without a trace, and you were free from his trance, you sighed relieved, but dizziness came to you, making your vision blurry, then you went unconscious on the ground.

"Y/N!" "Y/N" "Y/N! Please wake up!"

"(Father's name)! Stop it! She needs to wake up at her own time!"

"Is she gonna be alright??"

"Yes Jaden, just keep calm! Both of you!"

Slowly, your eyes fluttered open, and you saw your father, aunt, and cousin all huddled around. You noticed the walls were white, and they were all sitting in chairs, Jaden and your dad on the left, and your aunt on the right. You couldn't grasp the situation fully, but you knew you weren't at home. So many cords were attached to you, and a breathing mask on your face, then realization hit you, you were in a hospital. "W-What?? W-Where!"

Cough! Cough!

"Y/N! Sweetheart, calm down, it's okay" Your aunt said coming to your side.

"B-But!"

"Breathe in Y/N"

You slowly obeyed inhaling air.

"Breathe out"

Then you exhaled the air, feeling a bit better, you calmed down. "W-What...what happened?" You asked, to that, they all exchanged worried glances and looked back at you.

"Well Y/N, we were going to ask you...but it seems you forgot...but hey! We're not going to worry about that, you get some rest okay? I'll get you some water, your father and Jaden are gonna bring some food! So, we'll be back, just relax okay?"

"U-Uh y-yeah, okay..."

An hour had already passed since everyone left, all you could possibly do was watch TV. This is why you hated hospitals, but you did have something on your mind. "What the hell...happened to me? Think Y/N, think..." For now it was a blur, man how annoying!

You felt a cool breeze surround you, making you shiver lightly, "Brr~~! What the hell??" Looking to the side, you saw that the window had been opened all the way, the curtains swiftly flying inward. You tried to get up, but you couldn't due to the cords.

"Wish one of them would of told me how to get out of bed..." The wind began blowing a bit harder, making you become even colder, the room was getting chilly. "H-Hello?!" You exclaimed, but you felt a shocking pain in your neck, "Ow!" Clamping your hand on your neck, you felt two small barely penetrated holes in your neck, it hurt to even touch it. "My god that hurts! What is this? Was I bitten?"

As soon as you said those words, everything came back to you. You remembered everything from last night, the cold air, the red eyes, the pale skin, the anger, and most of all, the sharp fangs. It was mind blowing to remember it all, you held your head as you started feeling dizzy. "Oh yeah...I was attacked by that guy...or...v-vampire...no there's no way! But...it felt so real...that bastard! I'll kill him!"

"I'm sorry"

You gasped looking around as you heard a voice, it sounded similar but at the same time it wasn't, this time the voice was more gentle, and it sounded like it was sad.

"W-Who's there?"

"Don't be afraid, I'm not going to hurt you"

Looking back at the window, you saw him, it was a guy, in fact, you were taken back because he looked like the one that attacked you, except his eyes were violet and his skin was normal.

"Please forgive me...I'll never hurt you again"

When you blinked, he was gone, your were left speechless, had you been imagining or was a guy really out there? Why was he apologizing? What was he apologizing for? So many questions ran through your mind, but then only one thing stayed in your mind. Why did he look so much like the one who attacked you?

A week had passed and you finally were released from the hospital, everyone was so happy and relieved, but you couldn't be so enthusiastic, but you faked your best.

Back at home, you were lying on the bed pondering hard on the guy you had seen, that's if you had even saw him, you could have easily been imagining him, but if that was the case, why had he been on your mind the whole time?

"Please forgive me...I'll never hurt you again"

You remembered it, the expression on his face, he seemed so sad, like he really meant it, it made you feel sympathy for him, but you still wondered why. Although...

"I may not understand...but...I can't help but...want to see him now..." Looking out the window, the sky was sun set orange, but you knew everyone would worry , especially your father, but curiosity would just have to kill the cat.

You walked down the cold sidewalk, looking left and right, the exact same spot where you met the incident, but you felt like the this place had a connection with him. You sat down on a bench near by, waiting, no one was around at all, so you figured that this would do the trick. Sitting and waiting helplessly, time passed, and it seemed like for hours you had sat in that same spot, and no one came.

You sighed heavily and got up, "This was a dumb idea, I wasted time and now I'm gonna get in trouble from dad for leaving the house  without telling him.

"AHHHHHH!!!!"

A scream from a short distance was heard by, immediately you wanted to run away, but something told otherwise. "What was that?!" The two bite marks on your neck began stinging again, causing you to wince in pain, but when you closed your eyes, you were led in vision to a place in the woods, after opening your eyes you panted . Were you being told to follow the signal of distress? You stood there looking behind you were you saw the woods.

"AHHHHHH!!!!"

Running at the speed of light, as you got closer the screaming voice sounding like a female, passing tree after tree and bush after bush, you finally found a path like road, hearing the scream again, you followed. You got closer and closer until finally the screaming stopped which forced you to stop. Your eyes widened seeing it at all. It was him once again, and you were correct about the woman, but the horror of it all was that the poor woman, who had been struggling so hard, finally released it all, her hands fell to her side, he had a tight grip on her you could tell, his fangs deep in her neck, blood draining out on the sides to where it was visible.

"I was right...h-he is a...v-vampire..."
