The dark sense

Introduction

Maxine Hanover woke up to someone knocking on her door.
"Hello" moaned a very Tired Maxine with messed up scruffy hair.
"GET UP MAXINE ITS SCHOOL TIME" Maxine's mum screamed.
Maxine groaned and got out of bed.
She got unchanged from her pyjamas and into her school uniform,did her hair and make up, brushed her teeth, checked she had everything,said bye to her dad,grabbed a cereal bar and dashed outside.
Maxine got in her mums car and done her seatbelt.
"Took you long enough" Maxine's mum laughed.
"Sorry" Maxine apologised.
The car drove through the streets quickly and in under an hour, ended up at the school.
Maxine got out the car and said bye to her mum.
Maxine met her friend Cindy at the entrance.
"Took you long enough" Cindy laughed.
"I was busy" Maxine told her.
"Doing what?" Cindy muttered sounding amused.
"Eating breakfast, getting dressed, brushing my teeth, doing my hair, doing my makeup, double checking my bag, waiting in traffic and speaking to you now" Maxine answered while counting on her fingers to see how much stuff she done.
"Well I have to get ready for my date tonight" Cindy informed Maxine.
"Oh my god with who?" Maxine shouted sounding excited.
"Keep your voice down" Cindy muttered to her laughing.
Maxine went quiet and leant close to Cindy.
"It's Brad" Cindy whispered in Maxine's ear.
Maxine freaked out with excitement.
"OH MY GOSHHHH" Maxine screamed with excitement and jumped on Cindy.
They both burst out laughing.
A black boy got pushed up against a wall by a boy from the football team.
"Don't you ever scam me again" The boy shouted in the black boy's face.
The football boy punched the other boy and walked off.
The black boy wiped blood off his face and looked around to see if anyone saw.
"is Andy Alright?" Maxine asked Cindy.
"Terry punched him pretty hard but he looks fine" Cindy laughed and ignored it.
Andy put a thumbs up at Maxine and she smiled back at him.
Cindy and Maxine got to class and sat down.
Everyone started coming into class and a blonde girl sat next to Cindy and Maxine.
"Hello class" Mr Burner shouted as he walked into the classroom.
"Hello sir" Everyone said at the same time.
"Alright so let me get the register done then we'll get started alright?" Mr burner told the class before sitting down.
"Oh uh sir I think you forgot but I wanted to ask if we are handing back the homework today?" A boy with glasses shouted with a lisp from the back of the classroom.
"Ah thank you Cyle I completely forgot" Mr burner laughed.
Everyone started moaning and a few of them started shouting at Cyle.
"Fuck sake Cyle" Cindy muttered and put her head down on the desk.
"Alright so Andy Drameh?" Mr burner shouted
"Here sir" Andy muttered.
"Billy Duner?" Mr burner asked.
"Here sir" Billy shouted
"Cyle Graham?" Mr burner asked.
"Present sir" Cyle stuttered.
"Maxine Hanover?" Mr burner asked.
"Yep hi I'm here" Maxine shouted and put her hand up.
"Todd Hills?" Mr burner asked.
"What up?" Todd laughed.
"Barry Kassir?" Mr burner asked.
"Yo" Barry shouted.
"Kinsey Kasion?" Mr burner asked.
No response.
"Kinsey Kasion?" Mr burner asked again.
Kinsey was looking down under her desk.
Everyone turned to look at her.
"Kinsey you alr-" Maxine muttered.
"YO KINSEY YOU ALRIGHT SIS?" Brad shouted from the back of the class.
Kinsey quickly looked up and looked around.
Everyone was staring at her.
"Oh sorry sir uh hi yeah I'm here" Kinsey told him quietly.
"Alright uh Angelica Pelinski?" Mr burner said sounding unsure.
"Yep I'm here" Angelica shouted.
"Terry Matthews?" Mr burner asked.
"Yeah" Terry shouted aggressively.
"Will Mathers?" Mr burner asked.
"Yeah wassup" Will shouted sounding cocky and smug.
"Maya Milson?" Mr burner asked.
"Hi" Maya muttered as she was busy texting on her phone.
"Edward Myers?" Mr burner asked.
"Yep I'm here" Edward Told him.
"Cindy pines?" Mr burner asked.
"Here sir" Cindy moaned sounding really bored.
"Harrison Pines?" Mr burner asked.
"Hi sir" Harrison told the teacher.
"Steve Topaz?" Mr burner asked.
"Present sir" Steve shouted and put his hand up.
"Nick Wilson?" Mr burner asked.
"Yeah I'm here sir" Nick laughed and carried on speaking to his friends.
"And I think that it all done" Mr burner shouted.
"So turn your textbook to page 24-" Kinsey heard as she stared at the floor and suddenly heard ringing in her ears.
