The Announcement

~ Eli's POV~
I was sitting with Miguel and Demetri on the gym bleachers like we always have to before lunch starts. I was smiling like crazy after all that happened last night, I was still kind of in denial. It was the most perfect first kiss ever, but I still don't think we can be together. Demetri would be pissed and he's been my best friend forever. Also... Cas couldn't be seen with me, she would loose all of her friends too.

" Sometimes I wish I had it as easy as Cassandra ." Demetri said out of nowhere,

" what do you mean by that?" Miguel asked and Demetri pointed to liv and Kyler talking while holding hands.

" Oh, it's fine you'll find somebody Demetri." He said and comforted him but all I was fixed on was Cassie. She gave Kyler a big hug and they both smiled as they went up in the bleachers with the rest of their friends.

" Hey Demetri? A-Are they dating officially?" I asked him,

"No, they probably won't anyways. My dad doesn't like him. But at least she has someone going for her." He said sulking and Miguel shoved me slightly asking to talk with him. I followed him to the side of the bleachers where Demetri couldn't hear or see.

" I know you like Demetris sister, you should ask her out since her and Kyler aren't a thing." He said and I started stuttering,

" How do you know? Is it actually that obvious I like her?" I ask and he looks at me funny,

" are you kidding? I catch you looking at her every five minutes and you look totally in love." I blush and he smiles,

" So.....did something happen between you guys last night? You've been so blushy gushy today."

"Do you promise not to tell Demetri?" He looked shocked and had a smile on his face, he quickly shook his head yes.

" Well uhm, I was having a really bad night last night and went out for a walk. I was crying and Cas saw and she picked me up and comforted me. And then we, well I mean she did it but
w-we kissed." I finally said and Miguel's jaw dropped.

"Your joking! You kissed her!! I'm so happy for you! How was it? Was it your first kiss?" I nodded and blushed even harder than I have probably ever in my lifetime,

" it was the best first kiss ever, her lips where so soft and she was so perfect and I'm still in shock to be honest ." I said and looked back at her and she noticed him and pulled out her phone, I felt my phone buzz in my pocket.
