"For Arki po!"

Nang marinig namin ang sigaw nung barista sa coffee shop ay akmang tatayo si Cha pero pinigilan ko siya.

"Ako na,"

Dumiretso ako ron sa cashier at kinuha 'yong order. The girl at cashier smiled at me at siniko naman niya 'yong katabi niyang lalaki. When I was about to leave, the guy talked.

"Arki,"

I looked at him. "Yes?"

"May tanong lang po sana," aniya at kinamot ang likod ng ulo niya, mukhang nahihiya pa.

"Sure, what is it?"

"Single po ba.. 'yong kasama niyo?" he asked and looked at Cha who's sitting at our table peacefully while swaying her feet.

I looked at the guy na nag tanong. Mukhang maayos naman.

"She is," maikling sagot ko.

Agad na nag liwanag ang mukha nung lalaki at ngumiti. "Salamat, Arki! Balik po kayo again with.. Ma'am..?"

The way he said that, it's like he's asking Cha's name.

"I can't give her name to someone we don't personally know, I respect her privacy and I don't have the rights to decide for her," I said. "You can ask her if you want, thank you. Have a great day."

After I said that, nginitian ko sila at saka tuluyang tinalikuran para mag lakad pabalik sa table.

"Ang tagal mo naman," Cha said at tinulungan akong ilapag sa lamesa 'yong mga kape.

"One of the crew is really maharot," I said.

She laughed. "You're so conyo!"

"Akala mo naman siya hindi,"

"Excuse me, Architect pero hindi ako ganiyan kaconyo. Highest level na 'yang sayo," sagot niya at umirap. "Anyway, the who ang maharot?"

"Marites ka,"

"Khit, diba we will never say no sa chika!" she said. That's true tho, Cha is my chika buddy. "So, hinarot ka ba ni ate girl?" tanong niya at inginuso 'yong babae sa cashier.

Umiling ako. "The guy,"

"Omg! Hinarot ka ng guy!?"

Napairap ako at natawa, grabe talaga 'to pag nag chichika ako.

"Ikaw ang hinaharot. He's asking if you're single, and your name,"

"And? What did you say?"

"Uh yes, you're single?" I said. "I didn't mention your name since I don't have consent from you,"

Sinipa niya ako sa ilalim ng lamesa at agad naman akong napaaray.

"Deserve,"

"What did I do!?"

"Why did you say that I am single!?"

"Because you are?"

"I am not!" she argued.
