Chapter 14

Niall's POV

After Liam had been upstairs with Bella, I started to get worried so I we to go check on them. I went upstairs and knocked on every door, not sure what room they were on. When I walked up to Louis' door I heard faint crying. I hesitantly knocked on the door.

"Just a minute" Liam said. A few moments letter I heard feet shuffling and the door nob turning. Soon Liam was standing right in front of me.

"Sorry, I just wanted to check and make sure everything was alright" I said putting my hands in my pockets.

"It's fine." Liam said

"Wanna come in?" Bella shouted from the inside. I smiled to hear her lovely voice through my ears.

"Sure" I said as me and Liam walked over to the bed. When Bella looked up, her eyes were puffy and red, like she had been crying. I suddenly got worried.

"Bella, are you okay?" I asked sitting down beside her. She quickly exchanged glances with Liam and looked back at me.

"I'm fine, just had a random breakdown, that's all" she said. I knew whatever happened, she didn't want to talk about it so I just let the conversation be. "Hey I still want to do something today" Bella's emotions changed.

"There are so many things to do like skating, shopping, just about any-" Liam was cut off.

"I wanna go bowling!" She sprung up being her happy self, making me and Liam smile.

"Okay, I'll go tell the other boys then" Liam said and left the room. Me and Bella just sat there for a while until she broke the silence.

"Niall, what are we?" She asked.

"What?" I asked

"you know what I'm talking about" she smiled and playfully hit my elbow. "But what are we?" She asked staring my in the eyes. I looked into her eyes - finding a hint of sadness and lust - before I answered.

"Whatever you want to be" I answered simply. I wondered the answer to this question myself.

Suddenly, she took me face in her hands, bringing my face up to hers, and kissed me. I kissed back and felt her tiny, soft lips move against mine roughly and she let go.

"Does that answer your question Mr.Horan?" She asked, smiling. Before I could answer she spoke again. "Now I have to go get ready" she said, getting up and leaving the room. I just have one thing to say...

I really like this girl.

Bella's POV

I walked down the stairs.

I still have no idea why I kissed Niall. I mean I wanted to and I want us to be more than friends. But there always feels like something is missing. You know how in movies, they say 'feel the sparks'? Well I'm starting to think that's fake, you don't feel 'sparks' when you find true love because then I would have felt them with Niall. I don't know.. But maybe he's not the one? Oh well, just don't worry about that right now Bella! I should just remember what Liam told me last night

"If things don't work out, he will understand." His voice rang through my ears.

Yeah, if they don't work out, he will understand. But I just need to focus on what I feel right now.

When I got to the bottom of the stairs, I saw Louis awake watching TV.

"Hey Louis, are you going bowling today?" I asked.

"Yeah, we just need to wake everyone else up.." He trailed off... Finding intrest in the TV show he was watching, 'Impractical Jokers'. I sat down beside him to make him notice me again.

"I need to get to my house to change clothes and freshen-up a bit" I told Louis.

"Okay, I'll take you there if you want" Louis suggested.

"Thank you loubear!!" I said hugging him.

"Get off me peasant so I can take you!" He yelled playfully as we both laughed.

"But you don't know where I live" I pouted.

"We'll get Liam to take you! He knows where you live" he teased.

"Just take me home, I'll give you the directions" I said, jumping up and heading for the door with Louis following. I got outside and Louis made his way to his car and we both got in. He started to drive.

"So, I thought it was weird with you and Niall dating, I thought for sure you and Liam liked each other, I mean... It's pretty obvious." Louis said. I started laughing.

"Why are you laughing" Louis chuckled "I'm being serious" which made me laugh even more

"Me and Liam would NEVER date! I'm happy with Niall." I stated.

"Yeah.. I'll bet!" Louis fought.

"Bet what?"

"Okay I bet that you and Liam will start dating in... 5 months"

"And what do i get if that doesn't happen?" I asked

"Whatever you want, you could get mon-" I cut him off

"I have an idea! Whoever looses has to be the winners slave for a whole week!!" I stated, smiling at my wonder idea.

"You've got a deal!" Louis said, turning to me for a half of a second before putting his eyes on the road. "I still have no idea where you live.." He trailed off.

"You know Liam's house right, like his family house?" I asked

"Yeah!"

"I live in his neighbor hood"

"Okay, we should be there in about 10 more minutes" with that, I took my phone out and plugged in my headphones.

The song "Oh My My My" by Taylor Swift rang through my ear. It kinda reminded me of how me and Liam's parents acted. Our dads would always joke how we would fall in love but our mom would just sit there and literally roll their eyes. It's kinda funny how well I relate to this song. I didn't realize I had a huge smile on my face until Louis got my attention.

"Why are you smiling? Imagining how amazing it would be to date Liam?" He teased.

"No. It's just this song" I said handing him my phone. He was still confused.

"What song is that?" He asked.

"It's... Just a song" I said still smiling.

Maybe I do have feelings for Liam....
