Chapter 5

Bella's POV

The next day I got up and sat in bed for a while, thinking about what happened yesterday. I don't have to go to work today, it's a Monday. I don't go to work on Wednesdays, Fridays, or Saturdays either.

I decided to call Lily.

"Hey Bella!" She shouted happily. I wasn't surprised, she is always in a happy and cheerful mood.

"Hey Lilly!" I said back as happily as I could.

"So, have you thought about him?" She asked. I knew who she meant be 'him', Liam. But I really don't want to talk about him right now. It will just make me feel worse.

"Yeah" I said softly, thinking about all of the fun memories we had when we were little.

*FLASH BACK*

"Liam! Bella!" My mom shouted while we were on the floor of my room, playing with cars. "Come downstairs for a second!" She finished.

We put the cars down and darted downstairs.

"Look, I need you two to water the garden, can I trust you?" She said squatting down to our heights and smiling. We were only 6 at the time.

We smiled and nodded as we made our way outside.

We saw the hose as Liam cocked his head to the side.

"How do you turn it on?" He asked.

"I don't know" I replied, clearly confused.

"Maybe you push the knob thingy down?" He said, more like a question.

"Yeah!" I said hopefully.

We pushed down in the handle but no water came out.

"Ohh!! Maybe you turn it!!" Liam said. I smiled and nodded. We turned the handle, still no water came out. We decided to try something different. We went to the wall and flicked the light switches but the fans turned on, not the water hose and we laughed.

"Maybe if we go to the end of the hose, it will turn on!" I said back at Liam as he nodded.

We followed the hose to the end where the water is suppose to come out.

Still, nothing happened.

"Now what do we do?" I said out of hope as Liam's face lit up like he thought of an idea.

"We twist this!" He said pointing to the end where the water squirts out.

"Yeahhhhh!!" I said, glad we figured it out.

We both twisted the end as the water squirted in our faces as we fell to the ground, laughing.

"We fixed it!" I said through my laughs.

"Yeah, now lets go feed the flowers" Liam shouted running over to the flower bed leaving me laughing.

*END OF FLASHBACK*

A huge grin grew on my face from the memory as I heard Lily through the phone, I guess I zoned out.

"BELLA ANSWER ME! DID YOU?" She shouted making me jump in surprise.

"Wait, did I what?" I answered completely confused.

"Did you think about forgiving Liam?" Honestly, I'm really confused. I really want him back but he never talked for three years. It makes me think he doesn't want me back as his friend again.

"I don't know.." I trailed off. I heard her sigh.

"Bella, you guys were besties! FOREVER! You need him sometimes and I know you still care about him and he probably care for you just as much. You just need to realize what's deep down in your heart. You know you want him back again." She said, making my eyes water. I know every thing she said was true but, I just don't know.

Me and lily decided to go shopping to get our minds off of Liam. Well, to get my mind off of him. I have and hour to get ready.

I got in the shower and washed my hair and body off. When I got out I brushed and dried my hair and adding a little make up, and no. I don't go all 'cupcakey' with it. I just add a touch of mascara and some lipgloss, nothing to special.

I decided to wear a loose, white skinny strapped top with blue jean shorts and my white vans.

I picked up my phone to see if I had any missed messages. I clicked on one from lily.

'Hey Bella! I'm going to be a little late, like a couple of hours late. Sorry :('

Okay, great. I just got dressed for nothing... Oh well! I guess I'll just take a trip to the mall with my moms wallet! You see, I know I'm about to go to shop with lily but once I have something planned, I'm really eager to do it and plus I love shopping!

I got to the mall and went into the first store I saw, Hollister. I love shopping in here. They just have good clothes I guess?

On my way to the section for girl, I ran into someone.

"Sorry!" We said in unison. I looked up to see the cutest blond headed boy with his hair up in a quiff and deep sea blue eyes. I have to give him credit, he is very fit.

"Sorry.." I said again.

"It's fine, by the way I'm Niall!" He said in a think Irish accent. He held out his hand and I just starred at it.

"I don't do handshakes buddy, I do hugs!" I said as he smiled. Oh god his smile.....

He held out his arms and I hugged him for a couple of seconds. Yeah, I'm a people person, I hug strangers everyday! Well, not everyday but, yeah...

"I'm Bella!" I said happily.

"My friend knows someone named Bella, well, I'm not quite sure if they're friends but I hope they make it!" He said.

"Oh, well I hope they get to be friends!" I said and he smiled.

"It was nice meeting you Bella but I have to get going, hope I see you around!"

"BYEEE!" I yelled as he left.

I hope I see you around too....

Lily's POV

I texted Bella saying I couldn't go shopping with her, knowing her she will probably just go shop anyways. I hope she did so our plan will work.

The whole reason I couldn't go shopping with her and how i made a plan was because of twitter. I decided to tweet Liam last night saying I was Bella's best friend and he followed me. I decided to send him DMs and stuff and we talked for a while.

(Here's how the conversation went)

Liam: You really know Bella?

Lily: of course! We are besties!

Liam: how has she been doing?

Lily: umm, she's really confused. I think you two should meet up sometime!!

Liam: Yeah, I wish we could...

Lily: You can!! She told me how you guys saw each other in her ice cream shop. So your in London right?

Liam: yep!

Lily: meet me at the mall around.. 2ish? In front of the food court?

Liam: okay?

Lily: see ya then!

(End of conversation)

Me and Liam made a plan! Well, I secretly made a plan. I'm going to meet Liam and tell Bella to meet me at the food court. She will see Liam and sometime during the shopping trip, I will just leave them when they don't notice me and hopefully they will talk everything out without me there.. I hope it works!
