Gwen sighed at the thought of meeting Lumine again. She'd gone from wondering if Lumine would remember her to knowing Lumine would know her, know her from a wanted poster. Know her for blowing up a lab.

However, a small bit of relieve gathered in her chest when she remembered what Ashe said. Frankly, she wondered why she'd called him Ashe. She usually called him Zodiac because when he was younger he had an obsession with stars and constellations. She wondered where that child-like enthusiasm went. It seemed like yesterday when he was twelve, optimistic, no obstacle ever got in his way. The fought his hardest for what he believed in. And now he was sixteen. In only three years he'd changed from a happy, enthusiastic, fun child, to a tired, sad shell of his former self, driven by stress to cut his hair and sometimes even more than that.

Though she'd decided to cut him some slack. What happened to him wasn't his fault, he didn't deserve to have to fight in a war, age thirteen to fifteen. He didn't deserve to take that hit to the head, or that coma. He didn't deserve to lose Lyra, his oldest sister to his own mother. What was worse? Lumine had to tell him what had happened. He was in a coma and couldn't say goodbye to his own sister. That was likely why he loved and defended Lumine so much. She helped him the way a mother should've despite being his older sister. She killed their mother for what she had done. And her mother deserved it. Nothing would ever change Gwen's mind that her mother DESERVED that sword in her heart. Ashe thought the same.

Her thought was cut short when she realized the sun was coming up. She knew that today was the day Ashe would take her and meet Lumine. She stood up and walked outside of the cave. Still thinking about what Ashe told her earlier.

"She's not like that."

She wondered what Lumine was like then. What Lumine would be like when she WASN'T told that Gwen was a mentally Ill patient. She hoped she'd be as understanding as Ashe said she was. Or at least made it seem like she was.

Before long, she heard Ashe walking in the woods, and went out to see him. He gave her some food and then spoke to her. "Now, things you'll need to remember. Never, ever EVER, bring up Lyra or the war. She'll think you're trying to trigger her." Gwen nodded. "Got it." "Oh! And don't bow. She hates feeling condescending." Gwen nodded again. "And don't make those stupid 'your mom' jokes!" "No problemo." "And no dirty jokes to or about any of my sisters." "Okay?" Ashe sighed. "And don't call her a milf, either. I know those jokes you make." "Pfft." Ashe tensed up. "Hey, this isn't funny! You're trying to save yourself and others! Take this seriously!" Gwen giggled. "Alright! Alright.. Anything else?" Ashe thought a moment. "Nope.. I think that covers it.." Gwen nodded and they reached the gate to the mansion. "Holy shit.." "Ready?" "Do I look ready?" Ashe sighed, grabbed Gwen's arm, and dragged her in, waving at any guards.
