In Darcel's dream
In a hidden closet, there hides an eight year old kid who was peaking out on the small gap on the door, he can hear things breaking, someone fighting, gun shots around the house which scares him especially as he hear his mother's shout
"where's the kid" he heard someone ask
"we didn't see him anywhere" another answered
"bring that woman here" Darcel can see the man's face from the gap and the man's face kind of scared him a lot
Later he saw her mother being violently dragged inside the room yet Darcel made a promise to his mother that he won't make any sound and he won't go out until those men are gone and Darcel being an obedient child can only cover his mouth and cry as he watch them hurt his mother
"where's your son?" ask the man and his mother smirked even though she was already bleeding a lot
"do you think I'll give you my son that easily, don't take me as a fool Klaus" she said though weakly
"Celeste my love I don't want to kill you, you know that right?" the man - Klaus - said using the dagger in his hand to raise Celeste's face to look at him
"you disgust me" Celeste said full of hate
"Celeste if you choose me over that f*cking b*stard you wouldn't be suffering right now" Klaus said as he grip Celeste's hair making her shout in pain
"I will never choose you in this lifetime nor in the next one, I will always choose Daemon over you" Celeste said making Klaus fume in more anger
"then I guess you just have to die" Klaus said coldly as he let go of her
"I need to go see my son you take care of the things here and find that son of a b*tch brat and bring him to me" he said before he went away
"mom" Darcel whispered as he watch his mother who was secretly looking at his direction
"I love you" she mouthed knowing Darcel was looking which she wished he wasn't, not wanting her child to see her in that state
"no mom" he cried silently as he watch the man pull a dagger from his cargo pants
Darcel watch as the man mercilessly stab his mother, this scene greatly terrified Darcel that even after the man left Darcel was frozen in his place as his tears continuously flow his beautiful face
"mom" Darcel finally gathered his courage and went out of his hiding place and run towards his mother who laid there lifeless
