This is an AU. This AU Third Reich is actually very good friends with the ASEAN fam parents along with Mexico's. And he promised them that if they die he will look after their kids. And Russia and his siblings were being abuse by Soviet and Russia's Mom (pretend he has one) had enough of it and gave them to Reich. Reich look after the kids not telling anyone. And he died the kids were very sad. Especially L'manburg cause he helped her get her independence. And now he's back to life no one in the ASEAN fam told the old countries Philip's Parents know and they didn't tell anyone. Oh,and East and West are alive and are at the Philiphines they are waiting for the others to go there for a vacation.
