the security near seoul's biggest blood bank is decreased just as renjun told. as it is known that an attempt to arrest the vampire wouldn't be successful, the team decided to see his appearance. that is possible after all.
mark and his team is ready inside the building of the blood bank, staring from the window. mark and renjun were sniping at empty ground in front of them from the window, everything was ready they were just waiting for the vampire. the blood bank must be heaven for a vampire because the blood donated by the people are kept there, and they are even labeled by blood type which is necessary to know before transfusion.
huge square led lights were installed in front of the building of the blood bank, but they were off, each and every lights were off, the place was dark as if nobody's in there. the doors of the buildings were locked.
jaemin knew about the plan, renjun explained him everything before sniping. the blue haired boy's job was to turn on all of the lights when the vampire arrives. the lights were no less than sunlight itself. they were huge square shaped bright lights. they knew a vampire reacts weakly in the daylight so these artificial lights will work the same. and if they successfully make him weak then they might get a chance to see his face which would make the case easier.
they all stood at their places silently. sharp eyes were waiting for their target. and suddenly mark spotted a sudden movement of something around the bushes, he smirked looking at the guy dresses in dark clothes.
mark let him walk more closer to the main door.
"JAEMIN NOW!" the canadian commanded his boyfriend from the two way radio to turn on all the lights.
with that the younger one turned every halogen and led lights. the halogen lights had a yellowish which mixed with the bright white led lights which made the surrounding even more brighter. Even the street lights were turned on by haechan. huge mirrors were placed on the exact place where the light fell which reflected the light to the other mirrors, the light spread evenly everywhere. everything lit up so brightly that they were now able to see the vampire. the cameras recorded each and every action of the vampire on renjun's monitor.
the vampire covered his eyes with his hands. he felt so weak because of the vivid lights. he fell down on his knees covering his face.
mark laughed madly staring at the monster from the rooftop. the vampire tried to look at the top, bright light shone from behind of that figure, he knew it was mark.
luckily they were able to see the vampire crawling on the ground. mark was on cloud nine, the feeling was so good to see the pitiable state of the creature.
"f-fuck" the vampire muttered pushing his hood till his face. he tried to get up, he wanted to run away but it was impossible. the strong lights lit up each and everything, he was afraid that mark's squad might catch him. he tried to crawl, but of course mark won't let that happen. jaemin heard a loud sound of a bullet shot. his eyes opened wide, the younger one ran towards the window. he knew it was mark, he was the one firing around the vampire. jaemin licked his lip, he was happy that renjun's plan is succeeding but he felt guilty for the vampire. he couldn't see how fragile his state was. he felt extremely bad looking at the miserable vampire crawling on the ground while his boyfriend was firing at him like a crazy madman.
and another bullet shot, this time the vampire got shot in his arm, "surrender yourself monster", mark announced through a speaker while laughing loudly. the blue haired boy couldn't tolerate all this.
suddenly everything went dark. everyone had puzzled faces.
"NA JAEMIN?!? TURN ON THE LIGHTS??!?" mark shouted.
jaemin's two way radio was off.
"FUCKING ANSWER ME?!?" the canadian ordered yelling but there was no response from his boyfriend.
they couldn't see anything, there was no light. the only chance they had to capture the vampire was now gone. the only thing mark could see was some movements of dark bushes.
the vampire was still covering his face. he was weak, his arm was in pain. he felt someone's hand on his shoulder, the vampire pushed the dark figure to defend himself. his eyes were dull and teary from the pain, he wasn't any energetic. at this moment if this was mark then he would be successful in capturing him.
"hey", he heard a soft voice near him. almost like a whisper. and then someone cupped the vampire's face and whispered to him again, "runaway!"
he was now able to look at his face, it was still dark but the vampire's sharp eyes was able to see in the dark.
the vampire's eyes turned scarlet, he gazed at the boy with glassy eyes and parted lips.
jaemin left his face and handed him his coat, "please.. leave".
the vampire covered his bleeding arm with jaemin's coat. the moment was perfect for him to run away and he did. he vanished within a minute.
jaemin was confused, he didn't know why he helped the vampire again but he felt some kind of happiness. he smiled lightly to himself and ran inside the building again. he knew the impact of this is gonna be worst. he knew his boyfriend will be mad at him.
the blue haired boy was afraid, his eyes were full of tear. their mission failed because of him, his team will be disappointed because of him.
he sat quietly on the floor crying, within some minutes he fell on the floor unconscious.
the others came to jaemin's position to see what's wrong. renjun gritted his teeth in anger after looking at jaemin's state.
mark took big steps towards his boyfriend furiously. he sat on the floor next to jaemin and grabbed his collar, "WAKE UP YOU BITCH!"
"SHUT THE FUCK UP MARK LEE! THIS IS ALL BECAUSE OF YOU!" renjun yelled loudly at mark.
"mind explaining me how the fuck?!?"
"you! you are the reason because of jaemin's state! because of you he was depressed since morning!", the pink haired male blurted out angrily.
"yes you keep telling him that your job matters more than him scum!" haechan says glaring at the canadian.
"i don't fucking care about what you think but he's happy with me so shut the fuck up!", the canadian picks up his boyfriend and steps out of the room.

jaemin was covered with a sheet. he was now on his bed and mark was sitting neck to him while ruffling the younger's hair.
mark's feeling didn't change but he felt bad for jaemin. of course his work come first, mark was never a fan of love and relationship but when his friend jaemin confessed his feelings he couldn't deny to his cute confession even though he doesn't value love more than his career. but he decided to be jaemin's boyfriend. the two are dating since two months only yet jaemin feels so attached towards him. how strange that mark never felt such strong feelings for jaemin.
jaemin slowly opened his eyes, he glanced at his boyfriend who greeted him with a smile, "sweetheart are you okay?"
"m-mark... i'm s-so sorry..", tears began to fall from jaemin's eyes.
"no baby don't worry, you already ruined it so let's not talk about it or i'll get angry you know" the elder one says kissing on his forehead.
the blue haired boy hugged his boyfriend, tears rolled down from his eyes. he knew mark was angry and he was crying because of that.
mark let him cry while stroking his hair. he was angry at jaemin but the way the boy was crying made him feel guilty for him.
"i love you jaem"
"i l-love you too...", jaemin whispered lowly.
