Izuku is in his room on his laptop which the video of his mother death, tears going down his face as he which it. He then put his head down for a bit as the video ends. As the video ended another video pop up and auto play. Izuku looked up to see what was on, what he saw was a old news report of some killer from the early 2000s. He looked at the title of the video and it read "Police find hideout of Jigsaw". Izuku was just about to end the video and go to bed but then it's shows a body-cam of a cop looking at a man in a black rob siting done with medical equipment round him. A cop then till him to put his hand up, he then told two other to put him in cuffs. Then another cop went up to him. "Hay, is this close enough." said the man as jigsaw said nothing but look at him, but as they were about to get him out of there he spoke.
Jigsaw: Actually I will need to remain here while you deal with your problem detective Matthews.
Matthews: What problem?
Jigsaw: The problem in that room.
The person with the body-cam then turn round to see something covered up. At this point Izuku started to pay attention to the video and which. It then showed Matthews and two other go see what it is. As they entered the room they saw nothing until Matthews removed a sheet showing computer monitor of a cam fed. Matthews then want back to the other like at jigsaw.
Matthews: what the fuck is that. Hay, hay, what the fuck is that.
Jigsaw: it's your son Daniel you remember him don't you
Matthews: what is he doing on that monitor.
Jigsaw: Will I haven't looked at the monitor in some time, so it will be hard for me to say. But I would imagine that he's cowering in a corner with a look on his face.
Mattews: Where the fuck is he, where is he.
Jigsaw: where is he, that a problem you're gonna have to solve before it too late. It about two hours before the gas creeping into his nervous system begins to break down his body tissue and he begins to bleed from every orifice he has. Oh yes, there will be blood.
Izuku would which more of this jigsaw killer and see that he only did this because people was not living there life, and that he was showing them there more in life. Izuku would stay up all night watching any video he can get on jigsaw. He found out that he die in 2006 and that he had followers helping him. He saw that the games ended in 2007 but started back up in 2016 but ended as soon as it started. After that it all stoped, Izuku look at the videos and thought to himself.
Izuku: what if I become jigsaw, to show the people that quirk are not everything. That you can live without them.
Izuku then opened up a new tab on his laptop and started looking stuff that can help him. He then found a beach with a bunch of trash on it. He then thought if he cleaned the beach he can get stuff to build his games. He then found a abandoned warehouse not far from it. He then started thing on who should be in his first game, he then thought back to his childhood and a bully with wings. Him though Izuku as he pulled at a new notebook and titled it games. He the opened the first page and started working a game for him.
1 month time skip
Izuku has been cleaning up the beach and bring what could help him into his warehouse. He also has been which his target and taking notes on him. The day finally came we're he was going to do his first game. His target Tsubasa, he followed him to a park we're he bullied other kids for there quirks. Izuku which from the shadows waiting for him to leave, when he did leave Izuku put on a pig mask and went after him. He followed him into a dark corner and drug him, Izuku then pick him up and brought him to his warehouse. He then put him in a chair and tied him up. After about 15 minutes Tsubasa finally awake up, he see that he is trap and try's to move. He then stop do to pain, he look at his left hand and saw that he was tide up and blood come out. He then start to looking around and when he saw Izuku come by walk right pass him.

Tsubasa: You, you quirkless son of a bitch. You did this to me.
Izuku: No you did this to your self. You don't use your quirk for good but bad.
Tsubasa: look man I'm sorry is that what you went to here.

Izuku: I could let you go. But that wouldn't serve you. I'll tell you what I will do, though. I'll give you a tool to reclaim your life, to discard the vices that have so corrupted your soul.

Izuku: Will maybe you will be someone like me in the next life. You see things aren't sequential good dose not lead to good nor bad lead to bad. People bully on the weak and don't get caught, but it all find if they have a good quirk. They can lie and cheat and becomes pro hero's. Some people stop to help a stranded motorist and get taken out by a villain attack. There's no accounting for it. How you play the cards you're dealt, that all that matters. Look at me. Tsubasa: oh yeah. I understand. You're fucking nuts.
Izuku would then go and walk behind tsubasa and grab something and come round.
Tsubasa: What the fuck is those!

Now come your moment of truth. As someone that bullied other because they have a weak quirk or are quirkless. You preyed on the kindness of other to fuel your addiction. To day we're making you like the one you bullied. Now In order for you to stay alive. You just need to lend forward and rip off your wings. Just lean forward and rip them off of your back. Rip head enough and you will be free. Or you can just stay there and bleed out. Live or die, the chose is yours.
Izuku would stand in front of him which him.
Tsubasa: FUCK YOU!!!
He would then start to lean forward to get his wing off. He would stop time and time again from the pain and making him bleed more. He was moving a lot in his chair trying to get free and then it happened. The chair that he was in broke and he got free, he then look towards Izuku with a chair leg in hand.
Tsubasa: You are sooo died you deku.
Tsubasa would then run towards Izuku but he saw this coming and made sure to stand in front of a cage of rawer wire. When he was close to him Izuku would side step sending tsubasa in the rawer wire. Izuku would which as he tried to get out but in the end he would die. Izuku would then go up to the body with a knife and cut out a jigsaw piece from his skin. After he done he goes and dumps the body.
