chapter eight

"I'm just doing it for the fame," Jeongguk said as he wrapped his arms around Suzy giving her a kiss on her neck.

"Are you sure Gguk? You guys have gotten closer than usual" she mumbled leaning against his chest and letting out a sigh.

"Baby, what we have is nothing special were just using each other for fun and pleasure"

Suzy just glared at him, she huffed removing a strand of hair away from her face.

They heard a knock and a small voice behind the door said, "Jeongguk?" It was Taehyung and Jeongguk quickly stood up, shoving Suzy off him.

"Tae? Do you need something?" He asked to open the door and saw Taehyung carrying the coffee he ordered.

"No, I'm just here dropping off your coffee," he said quickly, handing him the cup filled with the liquid.

Taehyung felt oddly jealous seeing Suzy with him, he then turned to his heel and walked away.

The truth was he hasn't been feeling well the past couple of days he's been waking up and throwing up whenever he ate.

And he kept getting scared each passing day. He had the same symptoms as he had Sang-woo when he found out he was carrying a pup of his own.

After a while Taehyung sat down across from Jimin, he was anxious to meet Jeongguks parents for the first time.

He yawned, and Jimin just looked his way, "When are you gonna met his parents heard his mom is a total stuck-up, and she really doesn't like seeing her son with someone else, that woman drives me insane!" Jimin scoffed, feeling irritated just by the thought of her.

"Today," Taehyung said, looking at the pretty pearl ring that wrapped perfectly on his slender ring finger, it shined brightly.

"Today? Are you serious?"

"Yes," he murmured playing with the ring.

"Good luck Tae, I better go pick Sang-woo up then," Jimin said side hugging him before he left, carrying Sang-woos bag as he was going to stay the night at Jimin's house.

Taehyung trusted Jimin they have gotten closer in the last weeks, getting along together.

He just sighed to himself heading to his room and picking out the perfect outfit for the date. He wanted to dress prettily just to make Jeongguks mother approve of his appearance.

He was terrified.

The night came sooner than expected, and Taehyung wore his pretty white silk buttoned-up shirt. With his black slacks, he got a moonstone necklace and a pair of matching earrings.

He applied his lip gloss, on the paused once he heard the door knock. He froze looking at himself in the mirror. He cleared his throat and headed towards the door revealing Jeongguk with his arms sleeves rolled up to his elbows exposing his tatted arm.

Taehyung blushed, clearing his throat up again, "Ready?" Taehyung mumbled looking away from the sharp gaze the alpha held.

"Yeah let's go," he said pulling Taehyung closer to him wrapping his tatted arm around his curved waist. He turned red and Jeongguk noticed chuckling at him and planting a kiss on top of his head.

"Cute"

It's been about thirty minutes but Taehyung didn't expect Jeongguk to take him on a date, and to say, Taehyung wasn't entirely enjoying his date especially since the other omega came and sat down next to Jeongguk flirting with his soon-to-be alpha.

"C'mon Suzy you will look gorgeous if you wear the dress"

"You think so? Alpha?"  She remarked side eyeing Taehyung took a sip of his wine arms crossing across his chest.

"Really, you look amazing in anything" Suzy leaned in a small yet visible smirk lingered on her lips her face started to get closer inching into Jeongguk’s face he took a hold of her waist rubbing his hand up and down.

He cleared his throat, "Jeongguk, thank you for this incredible date, I had fun, but shouldn't we go see your parent now?" Taehyung got up, interrupting the moment between the two.

"Can we move it for tomorrow?"

"Oh?"

"I'm sorry doll, they got busy. My mom has been eager to meet you ever since the news came out. Does tomorrow sound good?" he asked looking up at Taehyung who glared at him about to turn to his heels.

"Yeah sure," he murmured, glaring daggers at the other omega who lightly kissed the alpha's cheek with a plastered smile.

"Great!"

"Good luck on meeting his mom!" She snickered drunkenly, attaching herself closer than she already was. Taehyung cussed under his breath and walked away not daring to say a word.

He shouldn't get jealous, they made rules Jeongguk could see anyone he wants not that he cares. Taehyung got inside a cab, covering his mouth as he felt nauseous yet again. He just shook off his thoughts.

"All I have is a belly ache that's it," he said to himself, running his hand through his hair.
