"She's just so... bland, singing about break ups and shit."
"Oh yeah like your drugs and sex metal bands are better?" I laugh, flicking his forehead.
"Fine, just listen to this one song and tell me it's not heaven to your ears" I hand him my earbuds and press play on my walkman. "Kids in America" starts playing.
He rolls his eyes and puts them in. "She's whin-"
I press my finger to his mouth.
"Shut up and listen."
