Super speed : Allows user to run really fast with black lighting coming from behind. They can move faster than the sound of light. User can create lighting and throw it at people. If they run fast enough they can go back in time or to the future. They can also speed up time and pause time. The user has super healing which means they heal a lot faster than the human rate. There aren't many back draws of this quirk on that they need to eat over 10,000 calories in order to be heathy.
