Chapter 7. Reunited

My POV: it had been 5 or 6 days since the titanic sank I had slowly recovered from being sick and everything I decided to go and try and find Lillian and our son and our dogs I got up out of bed and got dressed then I made my way towards where other survivors were I walked down a set of steps and I saw a lot of people there as I reached the bottom of the steps a young officer approached me

Sir you won't find your people here it's all steerage the young officer said

Well I'am looking for my wife and infant son my wife has 4 dogs accompanied her I replied

Perhaps they might be on another ship sir the young officer said

I shook my head and continued looking for Lillian and William and our dogs I looked back over towards the steps that I had just come down on and saw Cal Hockley the young officer approached him just how he approached me and said the same thing I watched him I knew who was he looking for he was looking for his fiancé Rose DeWitt Buktaer but I assumed that she ran off with Mr Jack Dawson

elderly Lawrence narration: that is the last time I ever saw Cal Hockey he married of course and inherited his millions but the crash of 29 hit his interests hard and he put a pistol in his mouth that year or so I read

My POV: I searched for Lillian for awhile hoping and praying that she and our son and dogs were alright I was worried about them when I saw Mr Blake

Ah Mr Talbot "how are you? Mr Blake asked

I'am alright I'am doing much better now thank you I replied

Well that is good to hear Mr Talbot Mr Blake replied

Lillian's POV: it had a dreadful few days I had not seen Lawrence since the sinking of the Titanic I had hoped that he was alright and everything I saw a officer and I stopped him and had hoped that he would help me find Lawrence

Oh excuse me I said the officer

Yes Miss "is everything alright? He replied

I was hoping you could help me I'am trying to find my husband his name is Lawrence Talbot he is tall and had short jet black hair and hazel eyes "have you seen him? I said hopeful

I do believe he is in the hospital wing but come with me and I will ask and see he answered

Oh thank you thank you very much I replied and followed him

We walked over to the hospital area the officer had asked me to wait in the lobby while he went checked I sat down in a chair holding little William Lawrence's valet and my lady's maid helped with the dogs after a little bit the officer came back

He is in his hospital room now "would you like to see him? The officer asked

Yes certainly thank you I replied then followed him to Lawrence's hospital room

I walked into the hospital room and saw Lawrence he was looking alright and he was sitting up in his hospital bed when he saw me and our son he smiled happily and I rushed over to him and hugging him

My POV: I looked up and Lillian and our son standing in the doorway with an officer I smiled happily at Lillian and our son as I did Lillian came over and hugged me happily

Oh darling I'am so glad that you are alright and everything Lillian said cheerfully

Well I told you I would catch up with you I replied smiling happily back

We smiled happily at each other and shared a passionate kiss and I got to hold William for a bit and Lillian sat down next to me and we talked about what we were going to do once we arrived in New York and we were happy to be alive and we were also happy to be reunited with each other and we would not have it any other way
