I sighed as I put the Freddy mask on, I was afraid but mostly annoyed at how constant they enter my room. I watched Bonnie as intently as he watched me, he soon left. I lowered the mask and heard 'Pop Goes The Weasel' playing and I checked the cameras. The box in the Prize Corner was open. I gulped and flicked through the cameras and saw The Marionette in it. "Fuck..." I muttered, fear coursing through my veins. I'm deeeeeaaaaaad! Damn damn damn. The music continued to play and I just stared ahead, sweat dripping down my cheeks and forehead. I was shaking, squinting my eyes to try to see in the darkness called the hallway, but it was no use. I grabbed the flashlight with a sweaty, shaking hand put my thumb on the switch to turn it on. The eerie melody echoed around me, then laughter. Damn it BB. I took a deep breath and started to inch my thumb up, but then a loud screech and a smiling, white face with blush came from the darkness. I was so afraid that I didn't even move or make a noise as it lunged at me, the world was in slow motion and I stared into its black and white eyes. I braced myself as the world started to speed up again and I felt The Marionette pounce me. I expected to get my face clawed off, to be dragged away, to be brutally murdered, yet, nothing like that came. Just a awkward hug. A reeeeaaaaaal awkward hug. Though, I guess that's better than anything else. I reached my arms up amd hugged him back. "Hey, uh, buddy... what are you doing?" I asked him and he got off of me. "Just giving you a hug to welcome you to this splendid place! Not to mention that you're very beautiful!" The Marionette said, he actually seemed sincere. But I can't help to be suspicious, even though my cheeks are red from that 'beautiful' part. "Well, um, thank you." I said then was enveloped in another large hug. "You're welcome, beautiful!" He said then pulled away and looked down at my name tag. "Ah, (Y/n)! I knew you looked familiar!" He said and I rubbed the back of my neck. It's true I came here often as a kid, but I usually hung around The Marionette... I don't know why but I just did... I felt safe around him. "I knew you'd come back!" He said happily and I smiled a little. It's amazing at how human these animatronics can be... "Don't worry about the others. I'll tell them to not mess with you! I'll protect you like I did back then!" He exclaimed. Protect me like he did back then? Yea, he kept me away from a suspicious looking adult but that was it. That purple guy wanted me to go to the back room with him, but Marionette wouldn't let me go. Did he keep me from getting hurt? Did he know that man was a criminal? Who knows... "Thank you again, Marionette." I said and he hugged me. Again. "No problem, dear." Then he let go and turned to walk into the hallway, since it's just about to turn 6. But before he left, he turned his head so his white eyes were locked with mine, "I love you, (Y/n)." Then with that he was gone as the 6 A.M chime went off, the recorded voices of children screaming 'Hooray!' Echoed off the walls.

What? He loves me? But isn't he an animatronic? Isn't he just a puppet?
