Savitar is in the goodie side and helps his brother, Barry aka the Flash protect the city, also he has a boyfriend and a new suit like Barry's since his old big one got destroyed. He changed his name into Sebastian Allen.)
Instead of Cisco getting whammied by Carrie, it will be Savitar/Sebastian.

Flash and Savitar whoosed away to Carrie.

"Alright, crime spree over miss. Step away from the case." Flash said.

"You think I'm a crook?" Carrie asked.

"Uh..."

"Nice leotard by the way."

"Thank you."

Carrie faces Savitar, "Mm, who's the side kick?"

"Ok first, I am not his side kick. Second, I'm Savitar, and you're toast!" Savitar said as he turned on the machine, but it didn't work.

"Wanna see a real light show now?" Carrie whammied a person.

"Oh, it's not exactly Circuit de la Sarthe, but let's see how fast this baby can go!" The man got in a car.

"I got this." Flash takes the man out of the car and takes him to the hospital.

After, Flash went back to Savitar...

"Where'd she go? Where'd she go? She had like, $1 million worth of jewelry!" Flash asked while his twin was facing behind.

"Savi?" Flash said.

"That's my name! Wear it out!" Savitar turned around and hugged Flash.

"Bro I am so happy to have you in my life!" Savitar said as he was giving his twin a killer hug.

"Ok, this is happening..." Flash said.

"On a very public street..."

"Don't be embarrassed bro! Embrace it!" Savitar said as he gives his twin a very deadly hug.

"Y-yeah..."
"We should stop now..." Flash whispered.

"You know I love ya right?" Savitar said.

Later in Star labs...

Sebastian/Savitar was laying on the bed in the medbay, Caitlin and Barry were looking at him.

Sebastian was giggling non stop.

"At least he's not trying to kill us." Caitlin said.

"Well his hug is very deadly." Barry said.

"Anyway, why didn't the prism work?"

"My working theory is that Roy used one color of the spectrum, red, to induce anger in his victims." Caitlin said.

"Ya ya ya!" Seb yelled.

"But our 2.0 version uses the whole rainbow."

"Since that makes her power seven times stronger than Roy's, when Sebastian tried using the grid..."

"Bang bang bang!"

"She overloaded it with vibrational energy from the entire electromagnetic spectrum." Caitlin finished, as Seb fell down the bed.

"Speaking of overloaded, he's gonna be like that till tomorrow."

"I'll have the satellites keep searching for Rainbow Raider 2.0." Barry said.

"Once we get a hit, I'll meta-cuff her and give her a one-way transport to Iron Heights." Barry added.

"Okay, but what about you brother?" Caitlin looked at Sebastian.
