I groaned as I rolled onto my back. I placed a hand on my head as I slowly stood up. I stumbled at first before leaning on the wall to catch my balance. I looked around and noticed that Jack was gone and Sam and Dean were unconscious on the floor. I didn't know why but I had the urge to find Jack and protect him. Something inside of me wouldn't let anything hurt him.

I glared down at Dean's body. I kicked him to wake him up. He groaned as he looked up at me. "Really?" He glared. I then nicely shook Sam awake. "Wow, nice to know you have a favorite." Dean rolled his eyes. "I'm not the one who shot at an innocent boy." I glared.

"He's the Devil's son, far from innocent." Dean stated. That's when he noticed Jack wasn't in the room. He stood up, grabbed his gun and ran out of the house. I quickly followed after him.

"Can he teleport?" Dean asked. "What?" Sam asked, shutting the door behind him. "The kid. Does he have wings?" Dean clarified. "I don't know." I said. "Get in the car. We're gonna find him." Dean said, walking around to the driver's side. I rolled my eyes at his bitterness as I climbed into the back of the car.

"We still have holy oil, right?" Dean asked, speeding down the road. "For what?" Sam asked, while I asked "Why?" "'Cause we're gonna have to hit him with everything we got." Dean said. "Hold on a second." Sam said.

"Dean, he's just a kid." I stated. "So are you." He shrugged. "Exactly, so would you kill me?" I asked. "If it was for the greater good." he said. I scoffed before opening my door, causing Dean to slam on the breaks.

"What the hell are you doing?" He growled. "Leaving. I'm sure I can find him faster than you anyways." I glared, slamming the door shut. My fiery wings appeared behind me as I flew up into the sky. I know that if Jack walked away from the cabin then he would have stuck to the main road. I followed that road until I saw a restaurant. I flew down to the ground a good distance away so they wouldn't see me. I then walked the rest of the way.

As I got closer I saw someone standing at the drive thru speaker. When I was close enough I noticed it was someone in absolutely nothing. "Jack!" I called out. The person then turned to me. Yep, it was Jack.

"Ember?" He questioned as I walked over to him. But before I could say anything else a cop car pulled up behind me. "You've gotta be kidding me." I grumbled. A woman got out of the car and placed her hand on her gun. "Uh, hi." she said, as she looked over to the window before shaking her head and looking back at us.

Jack noticed her hand on her gun so he pushed me behind him and tensed up. "Easy. Easy now. I'm just...My name's Christine Barker. I'm a sheriff. I'm just here to help, okay?" She said, with both of her hands out in front of her.

"Thank you, but we don't need any help." I said, grabbing Jack's hand, to lead him in the opposite direction. "I'm afraid I can't let you do that." She said, taking a step towards us. I rolled my eyes, before leading Jack to the car.
