Red X

(Couple)

The Teen Titans just arrived at a warehouse after receiving word that Red X was there, trying to steal more Xynothium for his suit. As soon as Robin and the others were at the front of the building, a explosion went off, sending the startled teens backward. Raven and Starfire were the first ones to get up and enter the smoking building, followed by Robin, Cyborg and a dazed Beast Boy.

When they were all inside, Robin took charge again, telling his friends to spilt up. Raven was flying in a direction when Robin called out to her, "If you see X, call me on the communicator, okay?" Raven nodded her head and flew away from Robin, going further into the warehouse. Robins hidden gaze followed his dark girlfriend, fear gripping his chest when he thought Red X might hurt her. He shook his head, ridding himself of the thoughts, turned the opposite direction of Raven and began walking with bo-staff in hand.

Raven hadn't been flying around for ten minutes when she heard a ruckus to the right of her. As Raven was turning around, she didn't have time to react when X shot out of the shadows and grabbed her by the waist, pulling them both to the ground with him on top.

Red pinned her arms above her head and leaned down so his masked face was close to hers, "I hear you have been looking for me, sweetheart." he said in his usual raspy voice. Raven stopped struggling to glare up at him, "Let. Me. Go." X chuckled and shook his head, leaning closer so their foreheads touched, "Now I can't do that, sweetheart."

Raven stared at him a little longer before smiling, which happened rarely, with her eyes white and her hands black with dark magic. She concentrated her powers on him, wrapping his body completely in magic and threw him off of her. Raven quickly scrambled to her feet and then levitated of the floor, allowing her a good view on where he went. Out of the corner of her eye, Raven seen a flash of red go by her face.

Remembering what Robin told her, she pulled out her communicator and called Robin while keeping a eye out for X.

Robin reached for his communicator when he heard it beeping, signaling he was being called. He flipped it open to see Ravens face causing him to frown, "You ok Rav?" He asked. Her purple eyes turned to the screen, "Well, I encountered X and you told me to call you if I did." Robin nodded his head and began walking to where Raven is, "Yeah, I'll be there in- Raven behind you!" Robin yelled when he seen X sneak up on her.

Robin watched as Raven turned her head and raised her other hand, that was cover in black magic, toward Red X. Robin watched Raven shoot magic at him only for X to disappear, "Raven, where'd he go?" Raven looked back at Robin, "I don't kn-" Raven didn't get to finish when the screen went black. Robin frowned then put his communicator away and took off, running to find his girlfriend.

Raven looked up from a red x and her communicator, that now lay in broken pieces, to Red X. He chuckled and walked closer to her, waving his finger mockingly, "Can't have you talking to bird boy, now can I?" Raven raised hand only to put it down confused when Red X was tackled by a certain boy wearing a traffic light colored suit.

Raven watched as the two rolled around on the floor and sending each other punches before Robin was thrown off, sending him sailing into a pile of crates. Raven ran over to him as the other three titans arrived to help in the fight. When she got to him, she crouched down and lifted his head up, "Are you okay? Are you hurt? Do I need to heal anything? Gosh, Robin you can be so stup-" Robin cut her off by sitting up the rest of the way and planting a soft kiss on her lips. Robin then smiled, "Now it's not nice to call your awesome boyfriend stupid."

Raven smiled and helped him up, then they both turned around to see X fleeing. Cyborg jogged over to his friends followed by Star and BB, "You guys ok?" Robin looked at him then Raven, "Yeah," he smiled, "we're okay. Now let's go home, I'm kinda sore." The five laughed then walked out, Robin having an arm wrapped around Raven.
