An exemplary thing, to begin with, is finding our own aesthetic. If you already carry one, test to deepen it. Whenever you select an already known aesthetic or think of one yourself should make no difference.
The art of romanticizing your life is a great step to producing more fun in your life. I do not speak of romanticizing depression, but romanticizing long late-night drives, sprinting till you can't breathe, or swimming in cold water. All these moments are no pleasure if you are forced to do them. But if you choose to bathe in ice-cold water, perhaps it is worthy to become a core memory. If I could compel you to assemble a Pinterest board, regarding how you want to influence others or seem in other people's gazes, I would. This is such an essential stage in discovering yourself. Not creating a Pinterest board, but knowing how you want to appear to other people. Despite a Pinterest board or a collage is absolutely beneficial.
One girl on social media once stated: "If you think you're that girl, you have no choice but to be that girl!" In my thought, this is genuine so true, as if you feel you are a 2000s girl, you will live with a 2000s girl energy.
I am not saying buying things will make you happy, no. But if you think you will use something every day and it is in your price range, then buy it. Maybe it will be a mistake, but if you want that shampoo and then you get it and you just love your hair, maybe it saves your whole month.
Besides, if you are constantly searching for a reason to live or for your "big dream in life", maybe focusing on an aesthetic will support getting your mind off things.
Now if you selected an aesthetic, it's significant to also have playlists, hobbies, or clothes slightly in the same aesthetic. So this can be a good opportunity, to begin with, a new hobby or try a different style will bring fun in your life. As this is the purpose, but again it is simply the beginning of your path to being an It-Girl. The It-girl.
PS: I will tell you about that soon in ParticularBelow are some iconic aestetics, but feel free to find your own.
