Eight~Finals

You woke up and pulled on a bathing suit then pulled on your wet suit up to your waits then you pulled your hair up into a  messy bun and walked down stairs.

You: Morning

Marlon walked over and hugged you.

Marlon: Good morning beautiful

From the corner of your eye you could see how upset Bodhi was

You: Are you ready to kick some butt out there today

Marlon: Obviously we kicked but yesterday why not today

You: Yeah

You all left for the beach.

*Skip drive*

You all grabbed your boards checked in and grabbed a tent.Your tent was a few tents down from Anchor cove.You watched as Poppy walked over to Grif and soon she walked back crying while Anchor cove was laughing.You noticed Griff starring at you so you waved and he waved back.

You:*whispering to the team* Get ready for a show

Everyone: What

Griff walked over and tapped you on the shoulder and by Poppy's facial expresion she was pretty upset bout who came over.You slowly turned around and looked up.

You: Oh hey Griff

Griff: Listen Shay i know you aren't part of Anchor cove surfing now but I miss you i really do i'm sorry please take me back

Marlon walked up and hugged you from behind.

You: Where you ever actually interested in dating me

Griff: Yes I was and I was stupid for letting you go

You: *looking back at your team* Did you guys hear that he was actually interested too bad that I wasn't

Griff: Wow Shay you really know how to play

You: I am a surfer gotta know how to play the game in order to win

Griff rolled his eyes and walked away.You laughed and stayed in Marlon's grip.You guys turned around and Marlon picked you up and walked back over to the team.Summer walked over and high-fived you.

Summer: Nice show*wrapping her arm around your neck*

Marlon let go of your waist and pulled his wet suit all the way on. He grabbed his board then walked over to you. He hugged you then kissed the top of your forehead then him and Ari took off with Griff behind them to line up.

*After both heats*

You placed second from Bodhi. The boys placed second from Ari. You were kind of upset you didn't get to compete but you were happy for your sister and couldn't wait to go with her.Now you guys have to go to Whitsunday Islands for the surfing comp.You all left for the house to pack.

*Skip drive*

You all put everything in the cars and you all got ready to leave for Shore Haven since you have a few days till comp. Bodhi got a modeling job for a few days.

You hugged Marlon goodbye told his mom and Ari goodbye grabbed your stuff and went inside.You put everything away then went to bed for a little bit.

* Later*

There was a knock at your front door.You went and answered it to see the Shore haven team, Anchor cove team, your mom, your dad, Marlon's mom, Ari's family, and Summer. Marlon and his mom walked up and hugged you.

Marlon: I know we didn't make it to the finals today but I wanted to celebrate the fact that you made it to the finals before this comp and you placed in the top two ranks in the finals today
