Recently my sister has developed a gluten intolerance, which stinks! Because so many things have gluten and are nearly impossible to go without, I'm going to find and develop the best I can for her and anyone else who loves baked goods but can't have the gluten in it!
The link up top is a gluten free flour blend developed by a woman named Kim. She is going to be a lot of inspiration for this little journey. I'm no expert, just an at home amateur, but she'll definitely have the answers I don't.
