KimChay - Fluff

this one is for hudafly who really wanted another KimChay chapter. I still got a bit of stress so it might not be the best chapter, but I at least got rid of my 2 main stressors. Have fun reading!

"Kim! Hurry up!" Chay screams excited as they enter the fair. He's never been to a fair before because they couldn't afford it. Chay grabs his friends hand and pulls him onto the fair. He's been friends with Kim for a few months now and he's fallen hard for the older boy.

"Chay calm down, it's 1pm, we still have so long." Kim says while smiling at his younger friend. They met at a concert of their favorite singer and grew closer quickly. He's noticed himself falling for Chay and is planning on asking him to be his boyfriend today.

"Let's go in a few rides first." Chay says and Kim sighs, trying to hide his fear of fair rides. He nods and goes with Chay, who is on his way to some scary high ride. Kim smiles and curses under his breath.

"Chay, how about we do something else?" He tries but Chay is set on this ride. He looks at the ground and Chay pulls him further to the line. Kim decides to just go with it, to not be embarrassed. 

"I hated every single second of that." Kim says as soon as he is safe back on the ground. Chay laughs and grabs Kims hand.

"No- not another ride! Let's go in the ferris wheel, I need to calm down." He says before Chay can pull him in another dangerous machine. Chay laughs and nods, then pulls Kim to the ferris wheel. They run to the ferris wheel and wait in line. 

"Such a long line." Chay says pouts. Kim pats his head and smiles at the smaller boy.

"We'll have fun in line. We can play some guessing games." Kim says, making Chay smile. He nods and comes up with a game of guessing songs. They play the game for a total of 20 minutes when they finally can enter the ferris wheel. Chay knows Kim has a fear of heights, so he grabs his friends hands and guides him to their place.

"Don't be scared okay? Nothing can happen." He says and Kim nods. The wheel starts moving and Kim looks outside, not having much of a view yet. His heart is beating so much that he is scared it is gonna pop out of his chest. He looks at Chay who is staring out the window, looking really excited. It takes a while before they are all the way on the top, the wheel had to stop the entire time to let new people in.

"Kim look! We can see your house from here!" Chay screams excited. His excited dark eyes look at Kim, who is smiling nervously.

"Chay... I had a question I want to ask before we are down on the ground again." Kim says and Chay nods, allowing the older boy to talk.

"So... I have kinda liked you for a few weeks I guess. Please don't hate me. I couldn't really control it honestly. You are just so adorable and excited over the smallest things. Even with all the shit you've been through in life. With your parents and shit. You are still so happy and I am so envious of that but I like it so much. I am rambling, do you wanna be my boyfriend?" Kim says and looks at Chay, not scared to show how nervous he is anymore.

"What?" Chay says after a few seconds. Kims world just collapses in that single second. Chay doesn't like him back, ofcourse he doesn't. 

"I asked if you wanna be my boyfriend... I mean if you don't want to then that's okay. We can still stay friends. I just thought I'd ask. Ya know, in case you feel the same way. Which you don't but ya know." Kim says. Chay cuts him off by shushing him. He puts his hand on Kims knee.

"I would love to be your boyfriend- Please, what made you think I don't like you. I can't stop smiling when I'm around you. I'm not all that optimistic all the time, but as soon as you show up, life is better. So Kim, stop worrying. I am your boyfriend from now on." Chay says and then squeals, not trying to stay calm anymore. He wants to stand up, but Kim is quick to stop him.

"We are still high in the air. Let's hug down on the ground okay?" He says, making Chay laugh. Chay apologizes and smiles, happy. He can't believe that Kim just confessed. He was planning to confess after getting cotton candy, but well that's something he doesn't have to worry about anymore.

The wheel stops and the two boyfriends get out. Chay wants to hug Kim but the worker of the ferris wheel hurries them away from the wheel. Saying that more people are waiting. Once they are gone from the ferris wheel, Chay throws his arms around Kim and hugs him.

"Are you crying?" Kim asks when he hears soft sniffs. Chay nods and looks at Kim.

"Yes, I was also planning to confess and I was so scared you didn't like me back and I just like you so much you know? Like you are literally perfect, why would you even like me?" Chay says. Some people are staring at the couple and an older lady approaches them.

"Young men, are you both okay? Do I need to call someone?" She asks. Kim reassures her and tells her what is going on, while having his arm around Chays waist. Making sure to show everyone that Chay is taken now. The lady is quick to apologise and wishes them a healthy and happy relationship. The two thank her and go on their way.

"Look Chay. I like you so much. There are so many reasons for it. You are so cute and happy and bubbly, how can someone not like you. Also the little screams you do when you are scared or excited just make me happy and forget all worries in my life. Please don't ever think badly of yourself." Kim says, Chay cries harder and nods. He hugs Kim tight.

"Chay... Can't breathe here." He says and Chay is quick to let go. Kim then plants a kiss on the youngers forehead. Chay's cheeks get red and he turns around quickly.

"Let's get some candy." He says and walks away. Kim is quick to catch up and puts his arm around his now boyfriend. He plants a kiss on Chays hair.
