Next day at the uni cafeteria I meet Natty again. No, I didn't recognize her but Liam did.

'Hi'

'Oh Hi Natty'

Liam greets her first. These are the times when I feel glad to be friend with him.

'Hi Natty'

I said politely.

'Did you find your phone'?

'Yes, I forgot it at P'Ponds house'

'Oh great!'

'Yeah' she said with a smile.

Hmm... Natty is here... That means.... Tay must be also nearby...

But after a good 30mnts has passed and lunchtime is almost over still Tay is no show.

I feel anxious. After yesterday's banter I really thought Tay has the potential to be a good friend of mine. I don't think my drunken mistake will affect his choice. I was confident yesterday. But after some hard thinking my confidence started to shake.

And right now I am sure enough that he already forget his promise. Because his girlfriend is here but he is not. Is not it enough proof?

'Then lets go, or we will be late for our class'.

We have a class now but Natty is still eating her lunch at our table. Wouldn't it be impolite to leave her here alone?

'I am going to the rest room you go ahead' After exiting the place I said to Liam and walked away.

The restroom was almost empty except for one or two people doing their businesses. By the time I finished its totally vacant.

I was washing my hands when I heard some muffled voice coming from the outside. It's like two people arguing over something. The more I get closer to the door the more it becomes clearer.

I stopped at the door before exiting because one of the voice is very familiar.

'Stay away from her!' The familiar voice says angrily.

'I won't and you can't make me you little piece of shit' the other voice says matching the anger.

'Don't challenge me'

'Huh! What you gonna do ?'

I wasn't ready for the next commotion, it's like the verbal abuse became physical.

I wasn't gonna interfere if one of the voice not belongs to Tay.

I rushed outside and saw two boys throwing punches at each other. Their shirts are torn, hairs are disheveled, one has a deep cut in his lower lip.

They have same built and strength so no one stepping down.

'Stop it!'

I said loudly.

They both looked at me at the same time but didn't let go off each other.

Ummm... Now what to do?.... Because they both look familiar to me... Shit....

'Why are you fighting'!

I asked with a hope that whoever gives the answer I can recognize the voice and act accordingly.

But no avail. They keep fighting.

Hmm... What will I do if someone eyes my girlfriend?... I will be more angry than the person who eyes her.

That means the boy who is throwing punches mindlessly is Tay and the one taking the beating is not Tay.

I grabbed the raging boy and started to pull him, he is strong but I am strong and calm,so after a few seconds I successfully pulled him from that poor boy whose lips are brushed and bleeding.

'Calm down will ya? It doesn't matter anyway because Natty loves Tay right? So why fighting?'

I calmly tried to pacify the boy in hand.

What happened next was totally unexpected. He shook off my hand and throw a solid punch at right across my face.
