"LET ME GO!!!" She cried. "ALLEN LET HER GO!" Knuckles yelled yanking him off of her. "Go back inside the party and have a fucking drink!" He said sternly and Allen stomped back inside. "Thank you sir" she said. "Are you ok?" He asked. "Yes thank you and I'm sorry for causing a scene." She looked down. "Honestly I thought that was pretty smart. Disguising yourself to see his true colors." He smiled. "Thank you and unfortunately he is right I would still be forced to marry him....." "at least you'll have a friend to talk to" he smiled. "That's true and thank you again." "Honey is she alright?" "Yes rouge" he smiled and kissed his wife's cheek. "Anyways I must go home and sleep" "let us walk you home" the bat spoke. "No it's ok thank you" she walks away despite their protest. I follow her quietly to her home and it wasn't vampire proof yet. "Hello lady rose you're home early." Said a two tailed yellow fox. "I saw his true colors tails honestly I really don't want to marry him..... but I know my father will force me." Her smile fades as she heads to her room. I get on a tree branch just outside her window. Once she started to change I looked away out of respect for her. I felt the warmth of her candle go out so I waited til she was fully asleep. I snuck through her window and admired her sleeping body. She was so beautiful and I can tell her heart was filled with kindness. She's perfect and I will make her mine tonight. I lifted up her body and extended my fangs bringing them closer to her neck but I stopped. I lowered her a bit and just looked at her sleeping face. "I can't do it.... I can't force her to be mine...... she must make that choice for herself...... I shall show you how much I love you in time my love.....but for now just sleep and dream beautiful dreams." I brush back a piece of her pink which is soft like rose pedal. She is definitely my destined bride. I jump out the window and head back to my manner not realizing someone had over heard me.

Knuckles and Tails stood outside the door and had heard what the vampire had said to Lady Rose before hearing him leave her room. "I thought you said he was a monster..." tails asked the red echidna. "I thought he was too.... But he cares for her and didn't turn her or take her...... should we inform her?" "I don't know I mean.... To help a vampire win her heart is crazy but she does desire one who sees beyond her beauty and this vampire clearly does....." tails replied. "There's only one way...." Knuckles said and leaves the house. He follows the trial the vampire had left and he runs deep into the dark forest where he comes to a large dark but beautiful manor. Before he could knock on the door the vampire appear behind him. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" He yelled. Knuckles presses his back against the dark oak doors. The vampires green eyes glowed as he approached the intruder. "Please sir vampire whatever you are I come in peace!" Knuckles said. "What do you mean?" "Me and another heard what you said about lady rose and that you spared her we wish to help you show her how much you love her!" Knuckles shouted. The vampire was shocked could this mortal actually help him? "How do I know this isn't a trap?" He hissed. "If it was then why did I come alone?" Knuckles replied. Sonic scanned the forest and sees that the echidna spoke the truth. "Alright I believe you"

The next morning Lady rose wakes up and felt like she was dreaming. A knock at the door makes her jump a bit. "Come in" she said. A orange and tan rabbit walks in with a tray of food and fresh hot tea. "Hello cream how are you this morning. "I am well Lady Rose here is some toast, fruit and your tea." She said pouring into the cup. "Here you go miss" "thank you" she smiled and cream leaves the room as tails enters. "Hello miss rose today I planned a little hike with your new friend Knuckles and Rouge." "Sounds lovely I'll get dressed once I finish my breakfast thank you tails." She smiled he bows and leaves her room to finish her meal. She thinks about that mysterious blue hedgehog she saw vaguely as she heard his poetic words as he caressed her face pushing back a piece of her hair. "Who was that....I really want to see him again" she said to herself.

"I just love hiking" Lady rose said smiling lifting her dress as tails helps her. "Yes Knuckles and I enjoy it every once awhile." Rouge smiled. They continue until Knuckles and tails nods and got "separated". Tails leads Lady rose to the Manor where she was amazed by the dark building. They enter inside and she brushes her hand against one of the statues. "Such a lovely place I hope the owner doesn't mind....." she said looking around. "Who goes there" said a male voice making her and tails jump. They both look up the top of the large staircase seeing a blue hedgehog with green eyes dressed in a white puffy shirt under a gold threaded black vest and black pants. "Please forgive us we were separated from our hiking group" tails said a bit surprised the vampire is awake during the day. Lady Rose stares at the blue hedgehog and knew it in her heart for sure. This was her mysterious hedgehog she thought she had dreamt about. She curtsies as he approached them. "It's nice to meet you" she said and he was right there in front of her as he kissed her hand.
