New Lord in town

"Amy I can't...." "Why not?" "What if the villagers recognize me and start attacking..." "you said that they don't know you can walk in sunlight right?" Amy smiled as she finished her tea. "Yes...." "And they only know there's a vampire but don't know what you look like?" "That is also true." "Then how about just this once wander through the village together please?" She asked so sweetly. "Alright as you wish my love" I smiled. She gets excited and helps me pick out something to wear for the day.
"Omg everyone is looking at me but they are also smiling...." I thought as I walked through town. Amy has her arm around mine as we greeted many of the villagers. "See I told you it was going to be ok." She whispered. I nod smiling at her. Shadow gladly invited us to a gathering later on before sunset to announce me and Amy's Courtship. We stop at the local bakery and I tried a cherry tart which was absolutely delicious. Amy gotten a blueberry one and I paid the kind shop keeper who was grateful for letting him keep the change which was more than the tarts. Once we finished we hear a familiar and angry voice. We turn to see Allen storming up to us Knuckles and Silver right behind him looking annoyed. "Amy thank god you escaped that vampire!" He shouted and the villagers look at us. "Now let us- wait a second who is this?!" He demanded. "This is sir sonic he rescued me" Amy thought quickly. "WHAT NO I DID I SHOT THAT VAMPIRE AND HE FELL TO THE GROUND! If these two idiots hadn't dragged me away I would've brought you home!" He yelled. "Well apparently you missed because he was still awake when I found her" I lied trying my best not to expose myself. He growls at me. "You and me pal I challenge you! Who ever wins gets Lady Rose!" He demanded. "One she is not a prize she shall choose whom she wants" I said snarling back. "Fine then we shall battle for her love and she will choose the contest" he smirked and I wish so badly to drain him. "Do you wish for this Amy?" I asked her and she nods. "The first task I would like for the both of you to do is to bring me something that reminds you of me" she said we leave. "Lady Rose what are you doing" Silver asked in her ear. "Clearly sonic will win its just to teach Allen a lesson" She replied.

After an hour we both arrived back. "For you lady rose" Allen pulls out a object making her scream. "WHAT IS THAT?!" "It is a pink gala serpent" "so you think about me as a snake?!" "Well that's how we meet with your snaky trick you pulled" he smirked. "That is true..." she said not wanting to touch the serpent. "Your turn Sonic" I pulled out a seed. "HAHAHAHA A SEED HOW PETTY!" Allen laugh. "Laugh all you want Allen but yes a seed to grow the most stunning flower. Yet every seed needs one to care love and nurture for it to grow into its stunning form. Your parents have raised you to be kind, caring, and to cherish life. You went from a seed to a stunning rose with beauty shining from the inside out" I smiled seeing Amy tear up. The women around her swoon over my words. "Sooooo sweet" one of them said fanning herself. I felt shadow nodding in approval. "Oh sonic that was wonderful" she kisses my cheek." "OK NEXT CHALLENGE!" Allen tosses the snake away. Before Amy could say anything her stomach growls. "Ok I shall make you the better lunch!" He smirked and bolted away. "What would you like to have lady rose?" I asked and she smiled. "Some bread, fresh fruit and tea please" she smiled and I bowed before fetching her meal. I return first and she enjoys the food. "Delicious thank you" she smiled. Allen walks up with a silver tray filled with expensive food. "Oh um wow" she said a bit overwhelmed by the amount. "Enjoy" he smirked while she did she couldn't finish it. "Both were delicious but I loved the fact sonic asked what I wanted so once again I choose him." She smiled. Allen growls. "Now can we end this please I must get ready for the gathering tonight." She asked and Allen grabs her arm. "OW!" "Listen here-" I pushed him off of her. "Don't you dare touch her like that!" I shouted and didn't realize I had completely exposed myself. "V-vampire!" A woman shouted. "IN DAYLIGHT! WERE NOT SAFE!" Another yelled. I looked at everyone who is now frightened by me and I look at Amy before dashing out of the village. "SONIC WAIT!" I heard Amy yell but I was too far gone. "How is a vampire walking in sunlight?" "My god he could've attacked one of us!" "Why aren't we going after him?" "What should we do" the villagers kept talking. "ENOUGH!" Amy yelled silencing the town. "He's not dangerous! He's kind! And if he was to attack he would've by now! He's just like us! Sure he has to drink blood but has it ever occurred to any of you that the people he drains are people who causes pain to others? Or giving our dying peace so they no longer suffer?" Amy said and the people seemed to understand. "Don't listen to her! She's been spelled by him I say with kill this vampire! To free ourselves of him and to free her of his spell!" Allen yelled walking up.

The villagers cheered and take Allen's side.
