Lana Reeves wasn't a very sociable person. In her defence, it wasn't as if people were lining up to give friendship applications to her.
Maybe it was because she hardly ever smiled. Maybe it was because of the amount of piercings she had. Or the heavy eyeliner that took a good portion of her morning to apply. Maybe it was because of the headphones that were basically permanently attached to her head.
James Potter was the opposite. Everyone wanted to be friends with James. James was easily approachable. He was overrall the complete opposite of Lana.
He didn't know much about Lana Reeves. He only ever saw her in the classes that they shared. Or in the hallways and across the Great Hall at meal times.
But this year, James told himself that he was going to change that. He was going to know her more.
