(Pt1 of Disrespectful)

Decided to make my Bakugo book into a regular one shot chapter but w/ multiple parts...

As of today, you are attending the first day at your new school, UA. Your mother had tried to convince you to stay in your old school that goes up to high school. Thankfully, her convincing didn't work, and you were able to pass the entrance exams to UA. In your old school, a lot of kids bullied you and your friends were kinda fake. Maybe it was just pure racism. You just assumed that life is automatically like that for a black person living in Japan.

Well, it's a new start. You gathered your things and put them in your backpack, rushing since you didn't want to be late.

"Y/n, what's all that bumping around?" Your mother yells, concerned about all the noise you were making, while trying to get ready.
"Sorry mom. Just trying to get ready."
"Okayyy." She says, continuing to make your first day breakfast.

You put on your uniform, and attempt to do your hair. You stand in the mirror, trying to visualize what the heck to do with the huge mess of hair sitting on your head. You think about how much easier it would've been if you did your hair last night, or let your mom press it.
"-sigh- let's see" You say quietly to yourself. You take out the hair gel, a brush, comb, rubber bands, and some scrunchies. You slick your hair back into 2 afro puffs, and 2 twists that hang out in the front. That's your favorite hairstyle, and almost the easiest to do.

After staring at yourself in the mirror for a while, you start thinking about the cons of wearing your hair like that. "How many people are gonna ask to touch it?", "I wonder if people will look at me weird.", "Will they call my hair a 'distraction'?". Ugh. Sometimes you hated having curly hair, and just wanted to straighten it down. Maybe then people wouldn't look at you like your puffs were 2 extra heads. You take a deep breath and decide to just do it. If anyone says anything rude, you just call them racist and they'll shut up. "Is it because i'm black?" always works wonders. That is until someone is bold enough to say yes...

"Bye mom, love you."
"Bye n/n I love you too. Have a great first day"
"I'll try"
U.A. is just a 10 minutes walk away, so your mom decided that you can be a "big girl", and walk on your own. It's not like you wanted her to drive you or anything. You are the one who suggested it.

Walking up to the unfamiliar gates, you look up to see a huge building. "Wow, this is bigger than I thought" you think to yourself. A bunch of kids walked into the building at the same time as you. Majority of them looking around in awe. You grab the straps of your bag, and walk with confidence to your classroom. 1-A is what they'd told you.

You walk into the classroom hesitantly, not having gotten any bad looks as yet, and not knowing what the kids in the class are like. Nobody stares. Great. A tired looking man in front of the classroom speaks up to you since you're looking around like you're lost.

"L/n right?" The man asks sounding completely bored.
"Um, yes sir."
"Over there" He says, pointing to a seat next to a very bothered looking blonde boy.
"Hmm, he's kinda cute" You think to yourself, too afraid to actually say anything to him.

"Hey...shut up" The man says, trying to get the class quiet. Surprisingly to you they all listen to him. In your old school, everyone would've laughed at him until he just quit.

"I'm Mr. Aizawa, but you may call me Mr. Aizawa." A couple of the students giggle at the man's plain introduction.
