5. LAVENDER

I loved a Lavender,
It withered away and,
left me blind.
Voice of reason, calm my mind
Make my eyes see the light.
Moon and sister stars,
Show me your ways.
The deceitful clouds hide my love, my light,
Day and night.
Father Sun, give me strength.
To Heal my vision and my heart.
Lend me your light, so I can shine
When Moon and sister stars rest.
So I can bloom Lavender fields,
As the world sleeps.
Voice of wisdom, I hear.
My ancestors and their prayers,
Be wary of Lavender fields,
Snakes and spears,
Heal but, don't forget to grow,
Love but, don't forget to let go.
Thank Father Sun, Mother Moon and her sister stars,
For healing your vision and heart,
For a world so colorful it bleeds.
Let Sails of Courage be your guide.
As Winds of freedom, drift you across,
This Life.
Everything will be alright.
