At night
Almost everyone has gone home just a few family members where there, some booked a room for the night. They've already resolved their play fight or whatever they were doing earlier.
Joe was in Devon's room. Then Devon entered the room and saw her.
"Hey princess" Devon said as he removed his suit.
"Please don't call me that" Joe said .
"I know right it's kinda off" Devon said as he removed his tie and his long sleeve shirt. He went inside the bathroom.
Joe saw his phone on the bed. Her mind went to that weird guy again.
She switched on his phone and there was an eye scanner to unlock the phone. She used her eye but it didn't work.
She got a picture of him when he was small in his drawer and captured the eye and it unlocked.
As soon as she wanted to keep the picture she looked at it well.
"Hold up.... This isn't Devon" Joe said she could recognise him even when he was small.
It looked more like the weird guy but he also looked like Devon but certainly not Devon just then Devon came out of the toilet and Joe immediately hid the picture and his phone.
Devon came out of the toilet wearing a white Joggers with black stripes with a white towel hanged around his neck.
With his hair dripping wet.
He noticed Joe quivered and he looked at her for a couple of seconds... Her heart was pounding.
"What are you hiding?" Devon asked as he went to his cupboard and started searching for clothes.
"Um... It's n.. nothing" this was the worst part when she had to lie.
As Devon was searching for a shirt she tried to keep the picture back in his drawer but he turned.
He wore the shirt and hanged the towel in the toilet.
Then he came to the bed and layed down on Joelle, he came closer and leaned in for a kiss while his hands went under and took what she was holding. He gave her a simple kiss and pulled out.
"What are you doing with this picture and my phone" Devon asked.
"Wait so he fooled me just to get what I was holding?" Joe thought to herself and was boiling.
"Can't I hold your phone?" Joe asked.
Devon switched on the screen and it was unlocked automatically.
"How did you unlock the phone?" Devon asked while looking at her.
"What? I thought I switched the screen off isn't it meant to get locked again" Joe asked herself in her mind.
"It's on smart lock" Devon said replying to her question in her mind.
"I..I well...."
"You don't have to lie Joelle cause you can't" Devon said.
"It's not a big deal why are you acting like you stole something" Devon said and smiled as he sat on the bed.
"I used the picture to unlock the phone" Joe said.
Devon looked at the picture, his smile faded.
"Can I.... Ask a question?" Joe said.
"Sure" he replied.
"Is that you in the picture?" Joe asked.
Devon hesitated before shooking his head.
"But you said you don't have any brothers?..." Joe said but got interrupted.
